@maigrichon the current SLS engine in the CLS has a dry sump creating instant cooling and instant hp. the only broken head gasket resides on the upper level of your torso, lol

the cls 63 has 507 hp and the e 63 has 518 hp

in a race they are almost equal, but the cls is a much more fun and comfortable car

i have one and i cant begin 2 tell you how much im in love with it

you should go with the cls also because it has a much much more attractive body, i get compliments about it every day

just thought id point out that these are almost identicle cars. same chasis, engine, transmission etc. the cls just has a body kit

This E63 that is in the video just ran a 12.34 stock so it is a very fast sedan. Cars are very close but you hear squeeling of the tires, not good if you want to win the headsup race. You line the two cars up it is driver determined with 63vs63 or 63vs55.

the e class is not light, i know mercedes posted it as such but actually go to a weigh station and weigh the cars its the other way around... and btw would u think it was wrong in the first place ? the e class is larger and has ample room for 3 adults in the back and cls can hardly fit 2 small kids ...

E63 had some trouble at the start. Thats all it takes to be destroyed on the 1/4 mile drags..The E63 is usually a tick faster than the CLS.

E although it looks less aerodynamic it has a slight advantage in Drag Coefficient , a very slight edge. It is mostly a simple weight issue. The E63 is 175 lbs lighter giving it a slight advantage. The cars are very close I think the cls looks better

yea CLS looks better, but i couldn't imagine the E-klass having a better drag coefficient than the lower CLS.

It's def possible, just like the previous S-Class had a CD of amzingly low .27 although it looks like a boat.
