Oh my, you were right Gudrun74, her voice is more beautiful than ever. What an exceptional singer, what a breathtaking actress and what an amazing woman !!! I'm even more under the impression that some of her flexibility is back. Thank you so much for sharing that jewel !

Yess! Amazing how this artist is captivating the audience. Never met anybody who was not utterly fascinated. Already by her acting, her androgynous appearance - a piece of art. And then: this voice!!! It carries us somewhere and lets us forget all gender borders, that IS baroque.

PS: that she's doing a Handel/Vivaldi tour this winter is great and a major relief for us Marijana addicted! Program says Vivaldi Árias das óperas Orlando (furioso) e Andromeda Liberata Händel Árias das óperas Orlando e Rodelinda Händel Árias da ópera Giulio Cesare Vivaldi Cessate, omai cessate, I hope so much she'll sing some bravura arias there. She has these unique, non-machine-gun, but supple and elegant coloratura skills when she's in shape and obviously she IS again :-)

Imagination, fantasy, is this really...? Or not? Am I thinking that it's but it's not? That's for me the spirit of baroque ;-)
