Why shouldn't he save up on tax? What does the government do with all that money ? We need a visa for practically every country in the world. We do not have proper welfare and healthcare systems to take care of the unemployed and sick. The government does not promote tourism effectively ( except for Kerala). When indians go to the indian embassy in other countries they are treated like shit ! They have to beg for a new booklet for their passport ! There are no benefits whatsoever.
