Tedd is actually the reason this video exists. The way the song in the last verse pauses with "the story of a ... girl" made me think that the singer was suddenly unsure. That made me think of Tedd and the rest came from there.
But he IS girly. At least he looks girly. And that's the whole point. Notice how the author waited until the bit "Story of a... Girl" because it sounded like the singer didn't know? And Tedd isn't a narcissist. He's an anti-narcissist. He's got self-esteem problems coming out the wazoo.
And if you're wondering my position in Tedd, let's just say there's a reason I own purple hair dye and mirrored shades.
That actually was the inspiration for this video. I was listening to the song and thought "Is he suddenly not sure?" The rest kind of snowballed from there.
