@DOOMVSHALO I disagree. Look at all the pauses. At the very beginning, the two guys on the left are frozen perfectly still. People don't do that. In real life, your hands are moving, your head is following movement. Then look at the shots of his blades. Perfectly still images that are slid across the screen. Then look at them pan from the top of Blade to about his midsection. Blade isn't moving at all. It is, again, just an image on the screen for several seconds. Over half the clip is stills.
@WhiteVandal yes but anime isn't supposed to be realistic, its different art. An example is Van Gough doesn't go realism art but I can't stand his art or this animation.

In my opinion they should have never done this. They should have kept on making cartoons, but make them have better details (modernize them) so they can compete stylistically with anime. Basically make the Japs love cartoons like different people here in the US love anime. X-Men probably was the only cartoon from the US and Comic franchise to gain a pretty good following in Japan. See the 90s cartoons were drawn good, but they were not glammed up like Anime is today. Add the glam America.

I grew up in the 90's when Marvel cartoons were 85% crap.
We had a crappy looking Fantastic Four, crappier Silver Surfer, really crappy Iron Man season 1(Season 2 was actaully good), WTF Hulk cartoon (season 2 ).
Even Spiderman TAS was bad in terms of animation they used the same chatacter model for everyone they all had the same body type. And Blade in that series was worse too.
its funny to me that it takes these things so long to get to america but if they hit both countries at the same i wouldn't have seen them already...and tru anime lovers would have already seen the japanese versions already...
let me guess, Blade goes to japan to hunt some boss vampire and realise there's a bigger plot behind it.... sorry japs, but just leave marvel alone, you guys already screwed up iron man and wolverine

@SirRembrant We'll the Twilight Vampires can read minds, see the future and alter emotions. They can kill you telepathically and have run from Forks which I believe is in washington to the canadian border in one night. They have chased down speeding vehicles, pushed and uprooted trees, move so fast they cause blurs and are also daywalkers with no conventional weakneses. Sparkling aside they are a powerful breed.

@shreknet to be correct blade has been explained to be much stronger, powerful than mostly all vampires. blade has resistance to most special vamp attacks, and also his healing power is par to wolverines. it just thru the years marvel shows less and less of this, so i think he has a chance against them

When it's "WESTERN" characters he wants to see "WESTERN" animation which is beyond silly when you consider that many "WESTERN" animations are done in Japan anyway (e.g. Batman The Animated series). Even some of the Marvel animations that aren't called "Marvel Anime" and he thinks is "WESTERN" animation was actually animated by Madhouse (e.g. Hulk VS Wolverine).

I grew up in the 90's when Marvel cartoons were 85% crap.
We had a crappy looking Fantastic Four, crappier Silver Surfer, really crappy Iron Man season 1(Season 2 was actaully good), WTF Hulk cartoon (season 2 ).
Even Spiderman TAS was bad in terms of animation they used the same chatacter model for everyone they all had the same body type. And Blade in that series was worse too.
