This is my favorite song, or actually, it was. My friend heard itand she was like, "It's sooooo pretty!!!" and the whole time I was just thinking "Of all the adjectives to describe this peice of art, and she calls it pretty?". I know I'm spreading the magic of Iron & Wine but, I kinda wish she didn't hear it at all, does that make me a bad person?

@WearingOff not entirely. i know the feeling. you want to share this music but only to those that will truly appreciate it. if they just think it sounds pretty then its a shame. hopefully she finds deeper meaning in the song later. and spreading the music is good in all its forms even if the individual receiving it doesn't appreciate it.

@WearingOff Nah, the same thing happened with me when I showed my friend this song. Sometimes no words can describe the majestic beauty of a song and it's better left without words than with the wrong ones. At least some people can enjoy the pure art of Iron & Wine melding to their souls. :)
