Is this a glitch or something on haloween there are supposed to be no prefects so I started to hit girls and little kids and like ten prefects popped out of nowhere and staarted chasing me is there any time in bully where there are no prefects besides complete mayhem?

If you go to lounge area of the bottom floor of the girls dorm, by th fireplace theres a small bookshelf to the right of the fireplace, if you stand on the chair then jump on the book case none of them can get you. Do that and catapult a few things (or people) so the woman comes to chec catapult her and the others come knock them out and youre free to roam
