You are right that was a great to watch, but disappointing as a Northwestern fan, we made some mistakes and Mizzou took advantage. The only thing I was sick of as Northwestern fan was every 5 seconds a shot of Chase Daniels family.

I was at the game and NU had easily 60 % or more of the fans there. Plus, we were much louder than Mizzou fans. Because espn filmed the game from the NU sideline it made it look like Mizzou had more fans only because espn showed more shots of their fans so it was deceptive.

Were you at the game? Because I was. Missouri was the most silent crowd that NU has faced. They were dead. They did the MIZ ZOU chant twice, it was quiet the first time and they won the bowl the second time so of course. I was there. This video even proves it. So does every other one.

Trust me, I'v been to every NU game. We have pretty loyal fans...I saw the same people in my section as I do at the games each week, and I see them every game. The thing is, alot of people on other teams just don't bother making the trip down there. But that game was fun as hell eh?

When you're being dominated on the line of scrimmage it's not choking, it's called being outplayed. They were outplayed for 4 quarters. If the NU punter didn't kick at the end of the first half I don't think Mizzou has a shot.

I was watching this game expecting Northwestern to lose, but wow I was surprised. I became disappointed that Northwestern did not win given the fact that we know the game was winnable.

There will be that year in the near future! Northwestern vs. USC @ the Rose Bowl!
