  • im 14 and i build minichoppers like this. ive sold 5 so far for 400 each.

  • I am looking to build an electric bike because gas motor is too noisy. But yours doesn't seem to be that noisy. Is it because of the long pipe you have?

  • SICK

  • where is the gas tank on this i dont see one and how many miles on a full tank also i think you did a great job on this bike just love it

  • @tsanjadee

    Thanks,

The still shots were taken before the bike was finished that’s why you don’t see a tank.

It’s hard to see in the video but the tank is mounted in front of the seat on the frame.

I am not sure how many miles per tank but it’s a lot.

  • @bstewart63 dude i would of done the same so u dont have that big tank in the way and i bet the bike gets 27 miles per the gallon depends on what type of motor

  • Neat little chopper, I'm loving the Rush for Background music, too.

  • what are these worth all stock (no engine and looks nothing liek yours, sir) in decent condition and what years did they make them? I jsut got one for Free.

  • @ATCRyderX

Schwinn made several different models of the OCC. Some can be worth quite a bit. I bought mine used for $50 a couple years ago. You can look on craigs list and get an idea of what they are going for.

  • @bstewart63 Cool! Thanks for the information, man. I think I'll go ahead and restore mine.

  • had this bike then some1 stole it was so upset.

  • i want to get the same exact engine you got on that stingray. Where did you get it??

  • i just wonder how you make that pipe

  • Very nice... where's the gas tank?

    Congratulations!

  • i have a 4stroke iron horse

  • Nice.I have one of those but im not putting an engine in it but i gonna do it up because its rusty.

  • nice iv got the same modle sting ray im adding a 100cc baja racer motor on it. it looks pimp i have to reweld a lot of stuff for the gas tank but its worth it.

  • This looks like the biggest waste o time Ive seen in awhile.

  • where did you buy the sprocket for the back wheel...im working on a 5 hp briggs on the occ stingray frame...can you help me with any info...

  • Looks like no wire is going to the spark plug? How's it running?

  • can you post exactly where you got this motor im scared of buying one and it not fitting also did you use the barry guys motor mounts

  • swwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeet

  • First, great music..Rush is always a winner. Second, nice job on the bike!

  • a mountain bike can go faster

  • freaking awesome i own a blue one my friend owns a black one his is oc chppers

  • esa mufla le quita la jalada fuersa

  • Great fucking song dude!!!!!!

  • ugly just plain ugly

  • you should go to a hells angel bar with that thing

  • can you still pedal the bike if you have the engine on it?

  • @rjgreat06

Yes, the pedals still work. The engine has a manual clutch. To start the engine you pull in the clutch and pedal the bike then release the clutch to pop start the engine. With the clutch pulled in the pedals work like normal.

  • @bstewart63 if you would sell it what would you need out of it?

  • Back in the early 70's we had Rupp and Heathkit mini bikes, pretty bad shit back in the day...

I've got to hand it to these young guns coming up today, you guys deserve some props, these are some pretty sick bikes.

Still, you haven't overcome the same problem we had back then- hao to keep Dad OFF your ride!

  • cool but make it electric drive instead. much cooler

  • how did u get the rear sprockket on i have the same kit and bike but i cant get the tear sprocket on vcuz the hub is in the way plz help asap

  • nice...it don need a lisence!

  • put a briggs and stratton edge motor with custom straight pipes on there it will sound more like a chopper. check out my vids and you can get an Idea of how to put a edge motor on your bike with a chain and clutch set up.

  • very nice, very quiet. Where'd you get the long muffler??????

  • comment me back to where u bought this at. please

  • They don't make this bike any more. You will need to buy a used one like I did. Check craigslist.

  • The engine kit can be purchased almost anywhere online. I had to custom build the engine mount, exhaust pipe and wheel sprocket adapter. These parts can be bought but they are hard to find. Search the net. Also search the motorized bicycle forums they can help. I bought the bike used off of craigslist since they dont make it anymore.

  • where do they sell the schwinn stingray chopper bike walmart or kmart or toys r us

  • cool you better keep an eye on it a taco might steel it

  • wheres dose the petrol go (gas)

  • Its Sweet. But I got one in the back yard for sell. Im selling it for 75.00.Because Im to tall for it. It's clean and I used it 10 times. But i got a mini bike you got to see.And the bike Im sell is the same but no engine.OK look at my new video Im puting on Big Foot part1And Big foot part 2 me rideing my Mini Bike

  • cc???

  • Nice but you need a real pipe

  • Like the Rush song you used for your video!

  • Sweet looking chopper. I'm diggin the straight pipe. You're right that if you take good care of one of these motors, they will last. Me on the other hand hammered my pretty good and only got 500 miles on it before I put a quality wrist pin bearing in it and its still running strong to this day.

  • Very cool! That isn't the typical chineese crap that only runs good for a week and then you have to work on it each time you ride it,is it?

  • The engine kit is Chinese. Like others have said below if the engine it taken care of and fuel mix is right it will last a long time. There are motorized bike forums out there that have a lot of good information. This bike is still running my boy has put about 100 miles on it. Its not a comfortable bike for long trips like a cruiser style would be.

  • @bstewart63 hay man so Its not a comfortable bike for long trips hu this was my problem to I bet it your telbone and the back of the seat I bout my chopper in 05 from walmart got it for 107 after tax but back to what I was say'in that problem sove it seft wen the seat broke off right at wear the seat pole&pan meat wen I got it weld'ed back up it got off set back about 3\8 of a inch or better but wen it broke I was about 5 mile's from the house nice chopper man I am look to do just what u did

  • i guess everybody is still a kid at heart.

  • Straight Pipe FTW!!!

  • sweet.

been thinking of getting something like this for a while. how reliable are they as daily riders (6 miles round trip to work)

  • Build it with the right bike and maintain it every now and then and you'll be getting thousands of miles out of the engine

  • @ctrlaltdlt01 there realiable engines just take care of them and you can get thousands of miles i know a guy got 14 thousand on his lil engine and its just now starting to loose compression

  • thats cool as hell!! I have a green and blue one, this would be pretty sweet to do >:)

  • you have to custom make the brackets trust me i put the same motor on the same bike

  • 4 stroke would of sounded better

  • haha 0CC

  • thats sweet

  • how did u get the mount for the motor?

  • @cms6272 search is on ebay a guy called barry somthing sells them

  • a dude sells them on ebay for this bike

  • why is there no spark plug wire attached?

  • The still shots in the video were made before the bike was finished. It does have a plug wire.

  • how many cc is it

  • The kit was advertised as 80cc but in reality its closer to 70cc.

  • that is the exact same bike i got and i got a black one with flames

  • I'll have a complete build video up soon, on the one i'm building for my son i'm using a lager 2 stroke motor from one of those little snow blowers you always see around. you can find them in the classifieds for cheap!

  • how fast.

  • With my son it tops out at 31mph using a radar gun to measure speed.

  • nifty

  • how do you get the exhaust pipe to clear the left petal help please

  • i lik how the steering bars moved at the begining..5/5

  • yo im building one out of a replica of the spiderbike that i have 4 a bicycle im puting a 110 cc 4 gear semiauto engine in it the engin does 72mpn in it ariginal dirtbike frame

  • good choice of music. :)

  • I got one of those when I was like 10. It just got stolen today and I'm trying to find a new one. do you know how much that bike was and where I could buy one?

  • i want to do that to mine but i cant find the kit online can you recomend some sites that sell it

  • If you look on ebay for a while, good ones that are cheap occasionally come up

  • you can get them on ebay from about $100 to $200

  • that exhaust is sick man

  • im getting an 80 cc engine kit for my 20" schwinn stingray chopper...similar to what you have. do u thing the engine kit im gettin will fit??? and also, where

  • That actually looks like a real motorbike but still is a bicycle. Very nice.

  • How did you mount the engine to that frame. The kit is only for a V shaped frame. I am trying to put the same engine on the same bike. How did you do it? How long did it take? Did you use the normal Mounts? Any Mods?

    PLEASE REPLY

    THANKS

  • Yes I had to make a custom motor mount. I also had to make an exhaust pipe along with a sprocket hub adapter.

These items can be purchased. If you dont have access to metal working tools like a welder and a lathe etc. you better off purchasing these. You can rivet the gas tank on since the frame size is bigger than the stock clamps will fit.

Once you have all of the parts it will only take a few hours to assemble.

  • Search Epay for the pipe and motor mount.

Look at Livefastmotors for the sprocket adapter.

  • I got the engine and all I did was put on the rear sprocket since it was a real pain. I will probably need to get a smaller one anyway because the wheel is so small. The sprocket is tight and it doesnt wobble when you spin it. I just dont know how to mount that engine. I do not have the equipment so what exactly should I buy. Or do you want to make one and sell it to me? You can list it on eBay and sell it threw there if you want. I cant really see what the clamp looks like in this video. Thanks

  • this is the exact same bike that i have and i was thinking of putting a motor in it but i dont know how.. please reply!!!!!!!

  • A 2 stroke engine needs a expantion chamber to worck properly not a frikin pipe, mate!

  • Yes you are right but there is no room for a pipe with an expansion chamber on this bike. Besides now that the engine is broke in it will top out at 31MPH (radar gun) and thats more than fast enough for a bicycle.

  • I just used the pipe that came with it

  • wheres the gas tank

  • best ive seen yet

  • hiya I'm building one of these about 5 months ago I really did make one and it worked... barely the motor was off balance and twisted I bolted the sprocket right through the spokes in the back tire the chain was always falling off I got everything else settled but idk how to get the sprocket to stay on the back tire without it ripping the spokes out btw I had a 6.5 up Tecumseh motor and I'm only 13 advise please

  • I machined a sprocket adapter out of aluminum to mount the sprocket to the wheel. Someone sells them on the net for around $65.

A 6.5 HP motor will have too much torque for that wheel. I am not sure a sprocket adapter would even work. I would think you would twist the spokes out of the wheel.

  • o well i just put some foam behind it motor is a little twisted and the chain falls off every once in a while other then that works like a charm :) did like 40 today on it.. need some brakes lol idc though cause im 13 and proud of myself for making such a nice machine

  • nevermind

  • if ur selling i will buy

  • Will you break it if drop on it off the border? :)

  • how much is for that damn im looking for a bike like that

  • $50 for a used OCC bike and $140 for the engine kit. This bike requires a custom engine mount, rear wheel sprocket hub adapter and an exhaust pipe which I made myself. These parts can be bought for an additional $180.

  • With the smaller tires it has on it you could put a smaller sprocket on the back tire or you could get a front drive gear with 2 more teeth on it. It has has what a 10 tooth sprocket and the motor put a 12tooth sprocket on it and it's like taking 10 teeth off the back.

  • ur such a dumd ass

  • why dont you do the research.what are you 15 sounds like it. did you goto college no.

so how about you shut your fucking trap

  • actully stupid dick fuck i did went to CSU so shuv it up ur ass

  • wow that thing has a bigger pipe then my schwinn chopper!

  • That picture was before the pipe was cut.

  • what brand of motor is that.

  • It's a "RAW" brand motor kit.
