we should not ask Brazil but tell them to extradite her..... If someone was go there and Murder her and return to the states what would happen to them?

If she became American she's not Brazilian anymore so she can be extradite to Us and be answering for what she did. another possibility is to be reported to prosecutor in Brazil and he will start a criminal process against her even if the crime was abroad.
