The one that was elected Leader didn't swear right? I think if they each gave them something, a kind of responsibility to work at, it would help them. Learning the dance is a group responsibility, but something individual for each of them would probably help too. I think electing him Leader made him more conscious, and made him feel like he should be more responsible. It gave him extra purpose.
