Excellent air defense system. However, you cannot attack what you cannot see and this system can detect but not track the F-22 or B-2. The M1 system would become the hunted, not the hunter.

It's not meant to track or attack neither F-22 nor B-2. It's meant to defend an installation (and itself) against precision bombs or cruise missiles - that might have been dropped by the former. For taking down F-22 and B-2s the russians offer SA-300 systems. Call me at Moscow-6060542 and you will get an extra youtube rebate .. no, not really.
