@iwtdeiwstl i do believe that people should be respected for their opinions, but that's how society works. moreover, this is more or less discrimination, just because it's unorthodoxed for same sex marriage, does not mean its wrong. think of this in the way of civil rights (race). thus, you should not be against it, unless you have really concrete reasons (non-religious) that shows why it is bad. (what harm can a gay couple do to society?) she couldn't, so she was discriminating.
