Fuck religion and its negative focus on life, "thou shalt not" predominates unduly over "thou shalt" is this not correct?

Also how can Muslims enjoy life when their teachings promote violence and hatred towards near enough everything? This results in a savage nation of sheep blinded by an unorthadox religious ideal of what's right and wrong within life and society...
