Its really easy not to get hurt doing that move the guy doing to move has to get height get his shins perfectly on the back knees about 5 inches apart or so and make sure the shins stay on the back the whole way down then the impact doesnt hurt at all and it looks better because the person taking the move doesn't have to worry about anything and can jump and fling their legs up to make the move look spectacular,
