Went to ComicCon for the very first time in 2004, and it was just mind-boggling. Much more than I ever expected. Went again in 2005 and 2006, but haven't been back since. Hope to return again within the next couple of years. Great fun!

I suppose I didn't really answer your question, so here it is. Comedy Central bought the rights to Futurama, spawning into four feature length films, as you probably know. So they are the ones responsible for the new season, coming next year. But since FOX used to be cool with shows like, um, The Simpsons, they are there only to glare at their lost fans in hope of scaring them away. Or something like that.
