You might be able to squeeze a size 13 bur if you don't want to risk it, you could buy the Finis Rapid Monofin. It fits men sizes 9-13 so you are sure to fit it. It is also a little more expensive, but I'm sure it would be worth it.

grats :), now you need to learn how to use them... I had the same problem half a year ago. got "rapid" monofin from amazon. after a month i've ordered "serious" one. now it's coming, i have DHL tracking number :)

PS: It'll take you probably several hours before you could swim, don't give up (!) after the firs try.
