Do you need to be signed in to Xbox LIVE for this to work? I get the profile, but not the content. When I start Reach, I start it with the downloaded account and get an error message but no effect for the main account which is offline. Online account?

i think u can do it when you recover your account to a console that has it and put it on. i know you can get it like this but i'm not sure you still have it when you recover your account back

Do i need to have something inside the 000000 folder??? i sign in my profile then llamita or whatever it is.... i go to reach... click the usb drive - same for llamita... then i click ok for error messages.... go to armory- effefcts- but no flaming recon?????
