  • I'm here thinking that bicycles were the best oblique workout :\

  • This is good!

  • Really cool man....

  • ive been waiting for this 1 thanks!

  • if u dont use weights the grow is pretty limited , so it aint that good if u try 2 get big obliques

  • @mabuskiller Do you just hold weights in your hands doing abs because i thought that would do biceps more?

  • @MrMattCarter If you hold weights while doing abs, it'll add to the weight your core is trying to lift, and with more resistance, you'll get a better workout. But it's mostly for the advanced. Beginners shouldn't try it just yet, for multiple reasons.

And unless you start doing random bicep curls while you're crunching, I'm pretty sure it won't workout your biceps lol.

  • @mabuskiller Any exercise performed consistently and correctly will provide muscle growth or at bare minimum, an increase in tone and endurance. Obliques also assist the rectus abdominis in performing a crunch. Wearing out the obliques first can help a person isolate the abs more effectively. Bottom line: it's an effective exercise that shouldn't be casted off blithely.

  • At my school, the teachers call them "jabs" didn't know they were effective until now

  • <3

  • Very helpful! Thanks!

  • nice!! keep em coming!
