you cant kill civvies apparently because the game is gonna be rated "teen". it's bassically gonna be a GTA "Light" type of game. and of course when I say gta i'm referring to gta3,vice city, san andreas, and gta4. gta chinatown just fails.

The graphics are rather better than many fps I played.

The only (third person) sandbox game for DS I know is Transformes (1) however I wonder about the size of the City.

Anyway I'm impressed with the DS capabilities. I hope developers to use this engine, snes quality games are annoying.
