used the manual pullstart, and ended up mangling it, and left it in his back yard for 6 years, then one day he came over and asked if i wanted a rototiller.... so i got it, and now im repairing everything he fucked up lol
That is probably the best machine that Troy Bilt ever made. Those things just don't die. That Kohler Magnum on there is also a solid engine. That's an 8 horse Magnum on there right?.
@workensmart that's a magnum... i got a tiller exaclty like this one, but it was abused and used and neglected, so i now have to get a new starter, fuel pump, and a gasket set because the a.c.r. has been stuck off! what happened is it required so much force to turn it over, that it burnt the starter.also the gear ring around the flywheel had broken free and was floating back and forth at high rpm, and it ground away the metal where the pullstart /shroud/cover bolts were. then the guy(continued)
I was wondering if you could post the serial # for your tiller. I just bought a tiller that looks to be exactly like yours. I am trying to find out what year model mine is. Thanks
