  • Is it possible to have a black axanthic pied?

  • what to snakes do you breed to make this beauty

  • I saw one at a reptile store that was solid smoky black all over with no visible markings. A solid black python, how cool is that? Even if the color changes it's still cool. Pythons are pretty no matter what color they are. I'm thinking about getting that snake after I move.

  • I want one so bad..

  • Beautifull snake i want one its now on my wish list lol

  • Any chance you'd be selling black Axanthics anytime soon? If so how much?

    Beautiful snake btw

  • @ZombieDeathProof - Won't be this year... I should have hets this summer. This project is on simmer for a couple more years then hopefully I can actually make enough to consider selling.

  • @jkobylka Okay cool, how new is the black anxanthic? Not a lot of breeders seem to have em but I want one really bad! Any chance you could tell me were you got yours?

  • @ZombieDeathProof - only 3 or 4 ppl are working with the Blk Axanthics at this time... I don't know anyone who has them available at this time.

  • @jkobylka Okay thanks for the info!

  • update plsssssssssssssssssss

  • how did you get to that? super cinnamon mixed with axanthic?

  • ah i want that!

  • can you breed this snake with the sugar one

  • Your snakes all seem pissed off. My snakes never hissed at me. Well, they bit me a few times but that's because they were morons.

  • Beautiful and just awesome snake ! Do you guys sell them, if so how much ?

  • wow...hes gorgeous!

  • Beeeeautiful!

  • I'm not a fan of this one. Looks burnt.

  • @NoPetrol Someone should name him "Crispy".

  • Justin that is one impressive morph. I would love to see a black axanthic bumble bee. I bet that would make one of the most wicked looking ball pythons to date. Maybe even a black axanthic clown. I bet that would be pretty sick too. Grats on another top notch video and thanks for showing off such a beautiful animal.

  • What did u do to get the Black Axanthic ...and do u know the combination to make Axanthic ball python

  • Nice dark snake.

  • gay snake

  • Is that a male or female?

  • that is an amazing snake.

  • holy cow that is so amazing iv never seen anything like it wow x 100000000000000000000

  • what would you get if you breed this with a lucy?

  • I want to work on a black ball python... like the opposite of a lucy... think this is the way to start? or do you think I should work out the pattern first and then the color?

I think an all black bp would be sweet.

  • a black ball? Breed 2 cinnamons and 25% of your clutch is a super cinny, making it a balck with hints of brown

  • how much do those go for

  • That snake seemed a bit scared if u handle it a bit more it wolud get used to you :D

  • thats one beautiful royal, how much would he/she sell for?

  • Aren't the "Blackest (darkest)" ball pythons the SUPER form of "black Pastels"? I heard 2 x Black Pastels produce a jet black ball pythons in the Super form.

And you take that Super Black Pastel and breed it to a Pied Ball, to get Panda Pied! which are really COOL!

  • tahts a badass snake dude.

  • how do u breed snakes?

  • looks like an argentine boa.

    way crazy!

  • You should name your next one Barack or Obama lol

  • is there a het

  • Right now they are assumed recessive, but the only pairings with this mutation to date have been black axanthic x black axanthic. J~

  • wat do u mean by recessive,dominate,co-dominate,and genetic?

  • That's a long explanation! I suggest you look online for genetic guides to ball pythons. Justin

  • short answer, you need 2 snakes that cary the gene to have a 25% chance of breeding babies with the gene, or if one is axanthic and the other carries the gene, then its 50% and if they are both axanthic, then all the babies will be axanthic

  • @Lachy314 genes are our DNA, recessive , dominate ans co-dom are terms your use to describe the genes in humans and animals. example blonde hair is typically a recessive trait meaning both mom and dad need to have the gene for blonde hair draker hair you only need one gene from either parent for the child to show that trait.

  • Should breed it to a pied. Maybe get a Black Axanthic Pied :) Did you see the new axanthic pied? Its HOT! But anyway, beautiful snake Justin!

    -Brandon

  • that would be a hot combo! thanks for the comment. Justin

  • No problem man! And i know how you like your pieds :D

    -Brandon

  • its called a lightning pied

  • no a lightning pied is a piebald X axanthic... this has nothing to do with a piebald

  • Has to be the most beautiful BP's I've ever seen! Hope to see more of these down the road!

  • where can i buy

  • Stunning Ax !!! never seen that before !

  • i like the vpi

  • what did you breed to get him?because i might changemyt mind about breedeing an axanthnic ball with a piebald

  • The Black axanthic is a recessive base mutation, not a combo. The only way to produce one is from visual or heterozygous black axanthics.

  • wow, what a difference. imagine the contrast of the black Axanthic mixed with the pied gene. would give such a contrast!!! very cool and thanks for showing

  • Great Video Justin :)

  • Awesome snake!

  • Whoa! I've never even seen one of those beauties before.
