Ive been doing this every night for quite some time. Try to do them in less time, and also try do do more burpees in a row. I do like 40 in a row, then rest 20 secs, 20 burpees, rest 20 secs, 20 burpees, rest 20 secs, 10 burpees.
Afterwards your heart will be beating like crazy. Really good conditioning exercise. Made my sparring much better (more endurance).
Quality is indeed more important than quality though. While more quantity may burn as many or more calories, or even work the muscles the same, it still has the greater chance or injury or damage.
Spending time to do excercises in proper form even if you don't do many is very useful, although I won't say necessary.
People get caught up in the numbers game of trying to do x number of reps, especially in comparison to others, but really it's just about getting yourself fit, not showing how many.

burpees are a conditioning exercise. Weighted burpees are not the way to get big. You want to be lifting weights, not prancing about in weighted vests. If you put on any size it will be minimal.

It's bad enough that we have to put up with saggy-pants fashion statements coming from ill-fitting county jail uniforms & all the poseurs out there, but now almost every BW exercise comes from prison too.
FYI, most BW exercises came from military training, where weight training everyone is logistically impossible

Nice damn work! As for form, I think as long as your feet are pointed as straight forward as you can get em, and you're not letting your back bow in then you're doing okay. At 255 I usually have to take 45 sec to 1 min break every 10 for my 100. Doing it in a weighted vest is crazy good by itself with nothing else as a workout.
I'm going to have to agree with Sexy Greek up there....his form leaves much to be desired. In as much as I respect his ability to knock out 100 of those puppies...ur burpees...not sure I would do a serious workout...followed up with sloppy burpees and post it on line to be critiqued. Is Sexy Greek ready to post his video??
OMG what kind of SHITTY form is that? Nice pushups yo, about 3" of movement...LOL. Dude, do some planks...your body is supposed to be in a straight line for those pushups.
As said, this was just after a max strength workout. I'm surprised I managed to pull it off at all.
Also have a problem with my elbow, if I work against any resistance, when it gets past 90 degrees it clicks and damn does it feel fucked up. Prevents me from doing the full form.

not every muscle but alot. These are not for muscular strength however. They are for explosiveness/conditioning. These will not build big muscles.
