Besides, YouTube's Copyright Policy states "If it's all yours, you never have to worry about the copyright—you own it!" and "This is because copyright exists from the moment a work is "created" (written down, photographed, etc.), and can be transfered through private contracts."... to me, this is clearly a copyright infringement from the Black Eyed Peas and should not be tolerated by YouTube or any half-keen person...
