Herb legal? Yes. Legal for medical and recreational use and to, be enforced like alcohol. Hemp should definitely be cultivated again. The illegal pot thing seems very wrong in greater reality. But what the hell; it's hell. Here's a thing. People could use way less energy if they could configure their own system.  i have thought it to a brain cramp. i am almost 100% positive that there is a hot pulsing steam engine that coud recycle heat. i have never seen one but it would be the logical next step if the internal combustion engine was not invented and put to use. I believe all drug laws should be abolished and the billions spent on law enforcement and criminalization should be put into treatment programs.

Criminalizing drug use has failed.

With respect to marijuana the Dutch decriminalization model has worked very well. Here in Canada I see about 20 to 30 percent of kids smoking marijuana. I'm sure it's a bit more in America. But when I lived in the Netherlands I noticed only about 5 percent of kids smoked weed.

@albc1964 I worked out for 1 1/2 and got myself into prime shape i was easily the strongest kid in any class. Girls were on my nuts constantly. Then i noticed how SHALLOW most women are. I stopped working out and i wasn't in good shape for about a year. You should have seen the way some of these girls changed their attitude towards me . Then i went back to working out and things are they same as they were before. Too many girls are searching for the sex appeal or Material things.

I was given 2 prescription drugs I had been taking for awhile. I decided to do research on them, as far as what the ingredients were. My heart medicine had MELAMINE in it. The other medicine had POLYGLYCOL. One pharmaceutical company was in India. I QUIT TAKING THEM! I believe Medical Marijuana should be given for pain, especially if the person is not able to see a doctor, like the upcoming Obama Health Care. Who know if we get to see a doctor.

Im all for any type of income for the US Govt that doesn't cost me money. If they can "legalize" it and tax it and bring in some income and it doesn't cost me anything then let's give it a try. In comparison to alcohol, if I had to choose one to be legal I'd go with marijuana all day long.
