The reports said it was a ladybug flying/crawling on the camera lens with the sun behind it passing its rays through its body making it look ghostlike.

This isn't a great clip, hopefully there will be better video soon. What this is, is a picture OF the image being recreated on the courthouse monitor to prove that the original "ghost" was actually a bug. Proven by Benjamin Radford. The courthouse hasn't released the tape of the recreation yet, so this is just a picture of the monitor taken by a digital camera.
