I will say, though, that this mix is a bit too much Larry heavy, and a bit too much bass heavy. I missed the prominence of Wilton's tenor solo due to over-voice in the mentioned instruments. If you listen to Mr. Felder's solo carefully, you'll be fine anyway!

The Crusaders in the 70's had no equals in the jazz/funk genre-they dominated the thing. Musically and creatively they were the total package and they always played at a high level. I miss groups like them now, it will never be the same.

I slep on these guys when I was a kid, but when I grew up, I realized what I had missed. These guys can jam with the best of them. I would be nice to see this whole concert as a whole.

@oldwarcraftgamer This is 1976 man. I am fairly sure a lot of the audience is stoned in a rather hearty way. It aint how you act when you hear music. Just look how many people are there appreciating this stuff. I absolutely love and have always loved this band since first discovering them. Freakin good stuff. Very talented musicians.
