I thing VISTA takes more resources and it's harder for some games to work.

it has nothing to do that it works harder it uses DX10 thats the problem cuz most of the game i CAN play i CANT bec. of DX10 lik bioshock well i already finished bioshock everything high except postprocessing on med. and with a res of 800x600 i get like 40-70 sometimes even 95FPS, but crysis sux with my system....Like 2 days ago i bought crysis now im at the end of the game last level where you need to defeat the big ass alien but it keeps crashing on me....

WTH?! Med/High ?? i have a Q6600 4GB ram and a HD3650 1.9GB video ram and i can barely run this game on med, so how can you run this game on med/high and with Anti...8x??

omg. again you wan't to show what this card can do, but try playing on a server with players on next time thx ? because it will be smoother without any players at all like your vid. but if there's 30 players on the server, it will decently downgrade your smoothness.

That is not possible on a 8600M GT ever.

My laptop is much better then this and in DX 9 Mode this still isn't possible. My specs are 9600M GS 1GB, 4GB Ram, T9400 C2D processor. It is playable on mine, but with these settings with those specs, this is not possible without massive overclocking to the point of the GPU exploding. Please explain how you got this to work, because I have tried with an 8600m gt, and it lagged at medium / low settings.

Hello,

One thing that can make Crysis run from smooth to laggy is the Anti-Aliasing option. In one video i've played the game with no antia-liasing, in one with full anti-aliasing, and in this one with medium anti-aliasing.

I don't have anything overcloaked, and will not overcloack anything.

You just have to find a combination of high and medium options, adn the anti-aliasing level plays a great role in the game runing smooth.

No, still running on a 8400M driver. The makers suck for not making a good and new driver. No DirextX 10 support.

I can't cause my native resolution is 1280x800.

I don't know...this still seems too good to be true with a 8600M GT...I think that people should know that they will not get this performance with Vista. I can say for a fact, with this card on Vista, you would be lucky to get medium settings with no AA of course. Still, quality video, keep them coming.

I've finished Crysis back in spring, but i didn't find it very attractive. I get annoyed if somethings are hard to do, and Crysis has a lot of hard things to do.

I mean, it was a great game, but i didn't find it to be the best FPS ever made. Even FarCray annoys me.
