@kourepai Mine was preconfigured that way, but if you dig up the actual manual for that PID controller, it is in the docs. The PID unit has labels which are hidden inside the metal box that it ships with. Google those.

yes. It is possible to extend the shot timer. Turns out that 25 is working better for me than the 28+ I used to use.

I think that ristrettos used to taste better because of the temperature drop.
