  • Is this the song in Ferris Buellers day off, when they see his friend's dad's car?

  • look how smooooooooth these guys are

  • how long can they hold their breath?

  • come on noww dezzz

  • The Leidi G Jones video uses this song and i reckon somebody like you will especially love it Linda

  • Mouahahahahah... excellent !!!

  • when this adaptation take place swimming apes

  • Wow. This is incredible. I love monkeys. Crab-eating Macaques, right? It is amazing how they can swim underwater! Most monkeys and apes cannot swim. They are absolutely gorgeous creatures. You can see how closely related the are to us. It is amazing! I absolutely love seeing them swim underneath the water. They are so fast! I'm surprised they can swim so fast underwater. They really know to hold their breath and they even keep their eyes open. Amazing! Look at how cute htey are!

  • LOVE the little Mohawk the monkey gets when he surfaces...LOL

  • i can swim?!

  • Awesome. Hilarious with that music. Reminds me of Bill Nye.

  • they are soooo cute

  • KILLA MOHAWK

  • If you really believe that we evolved from monkeys why the Surprise? Point being, Monkeys are Still in a process of evolving. People didn't get here via Ape. If we did, why are there still apes? Will they become people one day? Think about it.

  • well they are evolving very slowly but surely, things like their thumbs are/have changing to crack nuts better, as well other charecteristics that are needed to survive in the current ecosystem are being passed on by the ones who have the muttations because they are more likely to survive.

so monkeys wouldn't become like us but a tottaly different mamal.

  • At what point did People revert back to Monkeys after the evolution? Is it common for a species to revert back after it has progressively changed it's features?Do Butterflies go back to moth form after they evolve into winged creatures? Evolution is Theory. Mans way of re-explaining something to himself. The Bible is hugely documented. It's much more than theory.Although, I can respect your point of view.

  • Moths didn't evolve into butterflies and monkeys did not evolve into humans. Your comments betray a misunderstanding about progress in evolution -- there is no progress in evolution, only adaptation to the immediate environment. Moths share a common ancestor with butterflies, and both moths and butterflies are adapted to survive in their own ecological niches. The same is true of the macaques in this video and us humans - we share a common ancestor, and have since specialized to our own niches.

  • @popsqualli1 you have been misled on how evolution works. apes branched? off from our ape ancestors. our ape ancestors ended up moving into deserts in africa without the cover of trees. they no longer had the advantage of tree's to hide from predators, and without it, ended up running in its stead.

thus, our ape ancestors ended up walking.

the ape ancestors that stayed in the jungle, eventually evolved into the apes we have today.

    El-comprendeh?

    ;)

  • re: popsqualli1

Wow, someone with common sense on YouTube. You are a rare breed. :-)

  • Thank You and much respect.

  • We did not evolve from monkeys, we share a common ancestor with them. More recently in evolutionary time, we share a common ancestor with Chimpanzees; we are much more closely related to chimps than to macaques like those in the above video.

Again, you misunderstand evolution and seem to believe in a 'ladder of progress' in which monkeys necessarily evolve into us 'better' humans. This is false; macaques have adapted to their own environment, and could never evolve to be humans.

  • I guess you did not read my comment well enough for your little peanut size brain to understand me. I never said we evolved from monkeys. I said from apes. We were apes long time ago and we share similar DNA with chimps. Thats all I said mr.

  • No they won't. You are clueless about topic you are referring to. Chimpanzee DNA is 94% identical to human one. It took us millions of years to come from ape up to modern human. There was something in between that trigger that evolution... Perhaps our DNA was better constructed and it let us evolve over time.

  • Clueless? If you say so, but that's now how my Bible puts it down. I think we came from Adam not Bubbles. Hmmmm, who should I believe, You or Scripture? Boy thats a tough one. I'll get back to ya.

  • If you were to study bible, you would find that most of the stuff is pure fiction. Like Jews on the desert for many years lol yet they have not left single thing behind them for archeologist to discover. Just go ahead and believe in your little fairy tale.

  • To entertain this foolish comment is wasted font.

  • lmaoooo GOD DOESNT. FUCKING EXIS. WERES THE GODDAM PROOF? SCRIPTURES?YEAH I COULD HAVE MADE A STORY UP SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND MADE JESUS NOT A JEW BUT FUCKING CHINESE HOW ABOUT THAT?I BET SOME POOR BORED GUY DECIDED TO WRITE BOUT SOME FAKE SPIRIT AND SOME FAKE JEW WHO COULD DO MIRACLES AND W.E. ITS MENTALLY STUPID.I COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER STORY.!

  • @thepimpinman02 The Bible is the best selling book of all time. And you are saying you could write something better. Riiiiiiiggggghhhhhht.

  • @vladimirhorowitz best selling by force. as most are given away, comparing sales figures would be ludicrous. don't be silly you religious zealot.

religion is a profession of ignorance and hatred.

  • @Jaws10214 Oh, relax. Educating someone as to why it sounds absurd to claim you can write a better book than the one that has sold (giving away a book doesn't count as "selling" by the way) more copies than any other book in history doesn't make one a "religious zealot." So before you go around calling people names in a feverish quest to force your beliefs on others, check yourself first.

  • @vladimirhorowitz sorry, I have no beliefs. I have facts and human attained knowledge.

that claim would be like going to china and demanding that General Mao's book is the most selling book of all time, and therefor, must be perfect.

well, it's not. it too, like the bible, was forced down peoples throats. I have no feverish quest to force beliefs on anyone, but your bible demands that you much enlighten the world with your stupidity.

me? I just like proving you retards wrong ;)

  • @Jaws10214 Unless you can prove there is no God, then you have a belief that there is no God. You have faith, if you will. Just to set the record straight, I never said the Bible was perfect, only the best-selling book of all time. Nobody forced anybody to purchase the Holy Bible. Check your history.

Also, I'm sorry you are unable to refrain from personal attacks in your little crusade, but I suggest that you try to do so if you seek to give any credence to your stance whatsoever.

  • So why do most creatures bear such striking similarities if there is no such thing as evolution? How come other apes have opposable thumbs and most mammals don't?

  • @popsqualli1 your bible is false.

    everything in it is false.

the stories have been proven false.

religion equates to hatred and arrogance.

the "scripture" you are referring to is merely re-written religions from thousands of years prior to jesus and god.

christianity even copied things from the god Mithra, who is still worshiped to this day.

religion is a profession of ignorance to science and facts.

  • Even if monkeys are in the process of evolving, probably no human will ever be able to see fully evolved chimp. Either it will extinct from human or natural causes or human race won't live long enough to see it.

  • the thing about evolution, is there is no end to it. nothing is fully evolved.

  • @popsqualli1 you have been misled on how evolution works. apes branched off from our ape ancestors. our ape ancestors ended up moving into deserts in africa without the cover of trees. they no longer had the advantage of tree's to hide from predators, and without it, ended up running in its stead.

thus, our ape ancestors ended up walking.

  • wot´s the name of the song?

  • The song is Oh Yeah by Yello.

Yello songs are in my favorites.

  • thats cool :))

  • I thought coloreds hated swimming? something to do with an extra bone in there ankle or something??

  • well since Monkeys have straight hair and thin lips,he's more related to you than "coloreds".In fact if you look closely at their faces, they really do look like an old caucasian .

  • reason why these monkeys and humans can swim is because of fat humans and these monkeys have a layer of fat on top of there muscles allowing them to float since fat is boyant chimps cant swim cause they have almost no fat at all

  • wow monkeys are like are how should i put it some how are cousins there just like omg hairy ppl!

  • Chimps and other primates have denser muscle mass (it's why a chimps got a man's strength x 10). Their dense muscle mass won't allow them to float.

  • cool video with great music.thanks for sharing

  • Very Nice.

  • thnx for watching my Family:)

  • My distant relatives do Free-Diving too.

    Very CoooL

    Thanks Lynda

  • Do macaques swim in general, or is this some unusual group that does.

  • this is one group of monkeys that have adapted to a floded environment

  • Cool. Maybe chimps could too, if they had several generations to work on it.

Humans swim. Apes, which are close to humans, don't. Monkeys, which are not as close, don't, but can learn. Interesting.

  • well we can swim cause we habouncy but chimps and apes are all meat so they would just practily sink how sad right?

  • so i watched the new planet of the apes movie directed by tim burton today and even though the plot was terrible theres one thing about that movie that was just stupid. the apes couldnt swim and were terrified at the very sight of water. yay for crappy movie research.

  • the great apes dont swim, a gorilla throw in deep water will not even try

  • Same with chimps. They can't swim.

    I wonder why monkeys can?

  • Chimps and other primates have denser muscle mass (it's why a chimps got a man's strength x 10). Their dense muscle mass won't allow them to float.

  • they look soo cute ;D

  • Hi shadowsguy1, I think they are soo cute too, thank you for your comment. Best wishes Linda

  • 5000000000*

  • Ooooooooooo thank you so much madmod72. I love this one. It takes me ages to fit the right music to the animals moving in my wildlife video's but I love putting them together. That is when I have the time. Thanks again, have a nice day.

  • huhhahhaahha i love that hair oo
