  • brings back a ton of wonderful childhood memories, I listened to this a thousand times with my Grandpa when I was little. 

  • Words cannot convey the feelings and emotions which your presentation has evoked! 'Thank you' seems almost trite.

    You performed a monumental service to those of us who remember some of the Great old songs but just recently became sort of technologically aware!

  • My parents have this song on one of their tapes of gospel music. They got the tape, "Country Gospel" to be specific, during my family's trip to California in 1989.

  • @byebyelove1944 I'm Not sure. I know the others that also did this was Wink Martingale, Tex Ritter & Bill Anderson,but they could not use the last line, so in there's was "I knew that Solder".

  • @belovia50 Thank You very much! Yes, I've also loved it too since i was a Young squirt Took Me a While to due & the pic I used for the town is from the town I was born in. Only one I had representing a town. The Town is Sylvan Lake, Alberta..
