  • chains are readily available from westside barbell.57.5lbs each,5/8 in dia.you can adjust where the most tension is at with the chains-bottom,midrange,and lockout.i have 16 sets at zeaus gym and my members love to use them.that and liberal use of chalk.the chains run 148.95 plus shipping.good training!

  • I can't speak for all bodybuilders but the typical 30 mins of running, elliptical machine, some type of cardio class (zumba, hip-hop, etc.) done at least 4-5 times a week in conjunction with the heavy lifting should do the trick. Do that 30 min cardio during a different part of the day. Ex: if you lift weights after work around 5 or 6, then do your 30 min run during lunchtime. Your metabolism will keep firing all day long because you're essentially doing a two-a-day. But EAT right, it's KEY!

  • @AlladinMclovin2334 They do cardio. They just don't need to show you a video of them running cuz that's not how they got the muscles they have. Also, working out hard plus nutrition gives you the cuts too.

  • @TheImrankhan09 its easy, whenever you exercise, you must breath correctly. when you lift up weihgt you breath out, when you are lifting down you breat in. this is important for your body and ludges. if you do this, your body will be thankful.

  • You looked huge on the bench press (the camera angle) then when you where up on the dips, you where much more smaller than I had originally thought. Great body none the less. Good work.

  • The video is good. Nice workout for the chest but for beginners like me I would prefer a lighter weight. Its a helpful video for me.   • @cccpbox absolutely. I believe this body too be quite natural looking (having seen un-natural too natural a lot of times. With a good workout regime and GOOD EATING HABITS, this sort of body is achievable in short amount of time (2-3 years)

    There may be some other contributing factors too his symmetry, for example, he doesn't look like a tall fellow. I've noticed the shorter guys seem too have a much more bulkier look too their bodies, where as taller people have a much leaner look, 180cm+

  • Thanks alot i enjoy doing the benchpress alot more, infact I tried some muscle tech protien powder(fruit punch flavor) and it was fantastic, I expected it to be bogus but it's incrediable, on top of the meat I eat, it feels like I'm on steroids, the pump is fantastic, I noticed results 18% faster and increased strength, if you guys ever see it buy it or you'd be missing out.

  • @iceymanjack Depends on his range of motion, he has smaller arms so he won go all the way to the top so he can get all the pressure on his chest muscles for a better workout basically.

  • @robbie123456879 robbie he's keeping tension on the muscle giving it no rest. If he fully extends he users his tris and shoulders but he also has a rest on top taking pressure of the muscle. If you not quite sure try it in your next workout.

  • Arching your back allows the wieght to fall on your chest better and allows you to connect and distribute the wieght throughout your posterior chain. If you want to have a decent 1rep max you HAVE to know how to use your legs and back when you bench. Lats are also very important.

  • Awesome benching there- I'm sorta new at the gymn thing > and wanted to question the purpose of the chains. Why you using chains on the bench rather than standard plates?

  • @bsdanielm The c hains lift off the ground and as they do add weight to the bar, increasing the weight through the stronger parts of your lift as you extend.

  • Ahh yes now that makes sense. I'm still fairly novice at this stuff.........about 7ish months ago I was watching a big dude dead lifting with chains on both sides of the bar (like this vid) and have wondered ever since what its true purpose was.
