The best way to help the blind ppl, they have to make one system with TUCH, 2 or one cam on the body and the cam to send the image to your body to feel the image on your body, in this way u can know what u have on the front of the web cam.

This is OK, but it seems like it would give you a huge headache. The big problem with this is the fact that you need pack's, it's so impractical and we will never be able to use this commercially if we invent a device and that can generate thousands of smells.
