  • No, they don't -- and I never claimed they did.

*Researchers have not found a cure for navicular syndrome/disease.*

Unfortunately medications only have a 2% absorbency rate in the blood stream. CORRECTIVE shoeing thus remains the better alternative at this time.

  • im very sad today.I had to vet come check out a horse that i got in a trade.I traded my SOUND 2 yr old blue roan tobiano APHA filly!!!OMG this mare has navicular!!I was told that she didnt but i signed a contract. The horse was not lame while i tried her out and not for weeks.i believe it's because she is due for shoes. But, she has a cyst and her navicular bone is messed up.I'm hoping shoes will correct her.

  • my horse just got navicular disease. is that all you do is the PRL shoes or do you give injections too?

  • sorry to hear about your horse.

    no injections -- simply PRL

  • oh its ok look at my new videos i have on him he looks good and not in pain anymore.

  • My horse has navicular too. i have the certain shoes that take weight off her heels. the PRL shoeing. Those shoes are a miracle. now that i have them i can canter everywhere. :D When i first found out she had navicular i was so worried, i never knew a shoe could help.
