Most of those birds were "mine"! They are all "snow birds" that nest in my neighborhood in the summer. The Titmouse is rare, but the Cardinals and Chickadees are very common. That other bird with the red blotch sounds like a woodpecker, but they don't migrate. I wonder if it was a Song Sparrow, they have reddish heads also.
