Sorry But the pony is either a shetland or a welsh These breeds can carry a full grown (if slightly tubby) man, the horse isn't sturuggling with her weight and it has a long coat and isn't particularly dirty as fars as i can see it just looks this way because of the coat. The girl riding isn't large and the horse/pony is dealing fine with ehr weight.
