On the drum parts when bieber and the the drummer switch out, the drummer probably hits a drum loop or some sort of pre-programmed fill so the beat doesnt drop mid song. Typically most drummers today (in pop/hip-hop) use loops they track at a studio and then have assigned to a drum pad or they run it from a computer. Most country drummers today are using some sort of loops in their songs which frees them up from having to have certain drums attached to their kit (they can shrink their kits)
He is good at three things. Looking like a gigantic douche, using his douchiness to attract girls, and playing that one drum solo that he has apparently spent the last eight years trying to perfect. Oh, and he is very good at quickly getting off beat once the music starts.

That little fill wasnt even a fill that could really played on a drumset. It was snare fill with a filter on it. They put it in the backing track, plus it counts him and the band in.

Justin Bieber I will admit is talented but not the most talented kid in the world; there is always something better or worse. Every time I see him I think he is actually wasting his own talent on useless pop songs, but it is his decision and if he wants to sing Baby all night long I'll just have to get my ear plugs. Everyone! Listen to when he sings. If that were a back up track, you would hear the vocal lines overlap. It is simply not possible for someone to sing perfectly in key and time with a backing track during a live show.He is lip syncing the whole thing. Anyone saying he isn't, learn a thing or two about live shows before commenting.

@crazyninjamaster14 They are playing with a backing track. That is how a lot of these major artists play. The drums are in the mix. That little fill wasnt even a fill that could really played on a drumset. It was snare fill with a filter on it. They put it in the backing track, plus it counts him and the band in.
