It's not stupid, it's not normal because there weren't any pregnant nurses in the previous Silent Hill games or movies and in this video, I show the trick to see the baby(read description). Please, don't dislike it if you don't play SH. And also, this video is 2 minutes and 31 seconds. not 3 mins 31 secs, just for your info ;-).

Yeah, in Dead Space games, there is an enemy called Pregnant. If you shoot it's stomach, a swarm of small necromorphs(alien monsters) attack you!

I think, SH: Downpour should get some enemies like that. Better is they use your idea! Thanks for the comment, like and response ;-D

Turn off your flash light and don't move at all. The nurses are blind literally and they just sense light and sounds.

Only strafe very slowly by slightly and lightly pushing on your left analog stick only if you must(Especially when you are VERY near to those creepy nurses XD!) touching them will cause them to attack as well!

And you can see these babies too if the nurse(s) is/are between you and a strong light source like a TV,Tube light etc. ;-)
