I've got the very same Zenith! Unfortunately, time is causing it to wear down greatly. 8-track quit quite a while ago... the record side is making funny noises (something rubbing... need to get in there and fix it one of these days), and the band that moves the dial indicator for the radio came loose..
This was near the end of George's life but it was a highly prolific time when a cluster of his last CD's emerged, and Allen was using samplings and tonal guidance from GW to create their current digital TO's using the HPO as he called it. I have listened to the digital performance playback on the HPO (Let George Do It) and on the Allen "clone" (Let George Do It Again), side by side and the tonal similarities are extraordinary.
This record is played on a Zenith Wedge stereo. One of the unusual, yet cool designs in the 1970's. While the speakers were so-so, the integrated unit was designed well for the price.
Appropriate song for George Wright on a theater pipe organ! Do you have the album name? I have about 20 GW albums, but don't recall this song on any of them. Nice Jefferson clock on your home page, too- I remember one on my pediatrician's desk when I was about 10.
