This is one of my all-time favorite songs ever. While it's one of Fates Warning's more commercial songs, each track is still complex and it just comes together with a more commercially accessible sound. In many ways, it's their version of Iron Maiden's "The Evil That Men Do". Not a ripoff, but both songs have their similarities
@ShadesOfWithin, we get Arch Matheos due out in a couple of weeks. And from what I hear, not too long after that there will be a new Fates Warning album out! Both are going to kick ass! The song they released from Arch Matheos is awesome!
Wow, that extra soloing over the intro riffs of Still Remains is fucking brilliant - I like it even better than the keyboard lines on the album version.
@Gardhul, he seems to be able to play Zonder's parts well but he's not quite as dead on as Zonder either... but that's not so bad because IMO Mark Zonder may very well be the best rock/metal drummer, and is definitely the best at what he does.
No, I could not film the whole show. Technically it might be possible with today's memorycards (capacity enough) but there is also the physical aspect of keeping a foto-filmcamera above your head for 2 hours ;-)
