Isn't it funny that the original to any series is usually better than the sequels? And I find the Grunts cute but deadly, and their morale plummets as soon as you kill the leader (big blue guy). They say, "Leader dead! Run away!" and "We're going to die!" Funny, I say.

@dpas2009 lol yeah that's generally true. though apparently Halo 2 and 3 (and now Reach) are doing pretty damn well. OST is the one that didn't do so great.... I think the first one is usually the best because after that the designers (or producers, in the case of movies, haha) feel pressured by their audience into making a sequel, so they are focused more on pleasing the audience than the game itself... if that makes any sense, haha.

you are a bit sluggish in this vid. i don't usually take the fortress in the cliff first because it is more ideal for an extraction point. and if you do, use the sniper rifle first to take the guards in the high platforms because it is reaaly annoying when some alien bastard shoots from above.

Also, my laptop is not a gaming computer by any means, so my processor can't really handle the game, which is frustrating as all hell b/c the lagging really screws you over when you're trying to actually shoot...

Anyway, I'm sure you can find a copy on Amazon for pretty cheap. When I get a 360 I'm probably gonna look on there.

no, the entire halo series was made exclusively for the Xbox and Xbox 360 series. The only Halo games for the Xbox was Halo 1 and 2. Halo 3 is just for Xbox 360. However, you can buy Halo 1 and Halo 2 for a pc also.

The first game has the best storyline in the halo games, and altought they get better graphics gameplay weapons etc, the halo 2, 3 and wars are missing a great storyline, but I guess it would be difficult to achieve a similar to the one in halo combat evolved without spoiling the halo franchise

Halo 2, I played that a lot but the story gets lame.. plus the flood levels are just putrid...

Halo 3 is great, and it actually gets an ending (well unless you finish on legendary -_-) the only level that really sucks in cortana where you swim in flood excrements..

ODST is cool because it takes of to a different halo perspective, and the city at night looks good and is immersive. Halowars , meh altought I had some fun with it. Now Im really looking frward to reach

ya, reloading after you've killed any enemies shooting at you & you're not taking fire really shows you suck. would you rather him reload while he's being shot at? FYI it's always best to have a full mag before you enter a fire fight.

the assault riffle in halo 3 is a completely different model, in halo 1 its the MA5B assault riffle, in halo 3 its the MA5C which is what the spartans origonally used because its more lightweight. Also the MA5C is more accurate than the MA5B so it kind of balances itself out.
