This isn't a ripoff of Little Big Planet. They ripped off of the concepts behind things such as GameMaker, supplied it with a slightly better engine and some better graphics, then repackaged it as something entirely new. They just have the bonus of being a powerful company with lots of publicity.

Little Big planet was designed to be a customizeable game world with limits on what you could do. Actually, No. Wheras Little big planet let you edit and play with the tools preset for you, kodu is more of an actual sandbox where you can create (almost) any type of game from the ground up. It isn't even close to little big planet.

It is similar to LBP in many ways, but this allows you more direct logic controls and is more focused on letting you create whole packages. It looks interesting.  That said, you don't seem to be able to make anything half as cool looking as LBP.

From what ive seen, the interaction between players looks kinda cool. Like being able to grapple away player 2's rock etc. I own little big planet, and its awesome. I don't think this game is going to be as good, but still, the gamemodes seem kinda cool, and its 3D.
