if by 'they go to an israeli hospital' you mean they go to jerusalem, where all of the specialized hospitals exist in Palestine, then you would be close to correct. Before the 90's, Palestinians were not prevented from going to Jerusalem by the israeli military. When something serious happened, people would go to Jerusalem. In point of FACT, these people did not go to Jerusalem. They went to a hospital in Hebron, because they are not allowed to travel. And so people with serious conditions die.
