I agree!!! I had 2 mammograms completely useless. They squish my boobs so hard liquid came out and it was painful, and then told me to go for an ultrasound since as they told me my breast tissue is too dense to see anything!! And definitely I don't need flu vaccine since I never get flu. My problem is yeast infection due to antibiotics nobody told me to take probiotics too. The worst part is that I didn't even needed to take them since skin doc misdiagnosed me. My life is a pain cause of yeast!

Flu Shots: If Flu shots work why do people still get the flu (a lot do) after taking a flu shot? Also if the flu shot works then why are schools discouraging people who have not taken the flu shot (or any other vaccine using the same logic)? After all, if vaccines work then why are people afraid of non-vaccinated people.

Coconut Oil: maybe but vegetables are better. Coconut oil is minor when it comes to good health. Sleeping, Mental/Emotional Status, Oxygen intake, Vitamin D Sunshine Intake, and Nutrition are more important. (why aren't doctors prescribing these methods, it;s safer and A LOT CHEAPER DARN DAM DRUG DEALERS.

Big Pharma: too greedy and with trillions of dollars spent no progress so Mercola is right there.

Yes I think that the intestinal bacteria play an extremely important part to at least a huge portion of our immunological health; the mental health issue, it may be right up there with it. Certainly if your intestinal health is in order most other things seem to fall into place.

The first time I watched Dr.Oz I thought this guy is going to get a lot of air time in the U.S. and most likely will become a house hold name. It is a fact that in America Doctors see a symptom and they write a perscription for it. They never explain why you have this sympton or what you can do to yourself to get rid of it. It your gallbladder hurts they cut it out. My hip was hurting and my Dr. wants me to see a spescialist to discuss hip replacement. I just want to know how to improve my bones. They just see me as a money maker.
