  • haha same book

  • Just my opinion, but I think you should have showed and playe with more expression. Also, I think you used the incorrect fingering for the piece. It looks really awkward. Anyway, nice video.

  • relaxing

  • @mjgb772007 Glad to hear

  • good job, but next time please turn the volume up

  • @wk3000 Thanks - Well, I had limited rec-options! My new videos got higher volume overall! But Not That much, since its at its Max in Audacity - But I guess you only listen on your laptop? Cause with speekers, I would not even turn the audio up more than 35% on my pc - Glad you like it though! :)

  • @thomandy nah, i got klipsch 4.1 rather than 5.1 cause i love music. i just don't like to turn it up more than i have too. reducing the recording distant would be great! or increase intensity in audacity is fine also.

  • @wk3000 I see - Hm, I have never figured out how to be able to record louder in Audacity.. Ill look more into it now that you say that is possible! :) Thanks!

  • SUUUUUUPER wierd. I learnt the piece from the same book on the samme piano... hey, ure recordin it!

I am looking up pieces to play.. :O

    Nice job!

  • I really like your playing of the piece. i feel that your tempo is perfect, and the general mood of the song is sweet, and simple. well done! I wouldn't hesitate to use a little pedal, however.

  • I have that book!!!!

  • I have that book too (:

    I Really love that piece<3

  • I am also learning this delightful piece from the same book which came with my Yahama piano. i'm pleased to see others also like what the guy who sold me the piano called 'some silly free book'!

  • I've got that book. :D

You are really good at the piano. :]

  • Oooh I see you have the same sheet book than me! Yamaha, right? :) I'm learning this piece as well, but thank you for this video, it really helps with my fingering, as it's a bit complicated.

  • Ah :) Cool :) yeah, CLP 240 :)

Glad you could get some help from it :) Good luck on it as well :)

  • @psihicka no. It is a clavinova. I kno bcs I have the same book and same piano.

  • Tnx :) I feel I rushed it a bit though :P hehe

But thank you for commenting my video :) I really appriciate that from a Great Talent as yourselfe :)

  • this reminds me of those victorian movies.

i really quite like this song.

    again.. so nice !

  • Thomas you are amazing. You are to be complimented on the effort you put into

your work. This piece is very beautifully

    played.

  • @niebur17 its not a hard piece, but the work how he played it was good. He could put more dynamics into it..

  • Well, I can play a song by memory only when I played it very very often. But I think you must have a very good sense of music when you can play it only by memory. And I think I am not quicker than you for learning such a song.

  • Well, same here. I have probably played this piece 50 times+ hehe :) And my Turkish march I played it 3-4 times everyday + detailpractice on different parts! :) So Im not so quick :)) I just put alot of effort into it. But Ill take the compliment now, hehe Thank you :D

  • @thomandy I probably played this 100+ times. Its the only full classical piece I know -_-...

  • Oh well, I would say, perhaps it's your real big talent when you can play it by your memory. I think I could not do that, I need the notes.

  • Ah, I see :) Well, then you are quicker thatn me since you can play with notes. If I try that I just mess up, and hesetate. :) But I use 30 min to memorize and play a piece like this! When I started in Jan I used 1-2 weeks on pieces like this! So the memory is also somthing you need to train :)

  • Please, can you play the song "Romance in D-Minor" by Mendelssohn? I would love to see you playing this song. :-)

  • Its hard for me to take request, but Il atleast look it up. I wont rule out the possebility, but im already working on new compositions and 2 new pieces :)

  • Thanks, wow then I am looking forward to your new compositions. I think I am not able to compose a song.

  • @Trudi33 its not his composition. It is Joseph Haydn. He also composed Surprise symphony. btw I can play dis piece.

  • @thomandy It took me 4 days to learn. And It is an easy piece.

  • @Trudi33 I memorized it as soon as I learnt it. I will make a vid in a while to prove it.

  • Very lovely song and you play it great and without notes. Wow!

  • Tnx :) I play all my music without notes!! :P

I cant sightread!! So all my pieces are momorised by sheets and practiced :))

  • So you play all the songs by memory?

  • Yeah! I think its alot more impressive that people use sheets while playing :P Maby Ill be able to do that someday to :)

  • @thomandy I barely can read sheet music. So I use it along with actually listen to the piece. As I told u earlier, I can play this piece. BTW, I subbed.

  • good job!! I almost couldn't believe you played piano for only 6 months :) keep it up!

  • you know, when we had the comment conversation on my channel ,you made it sound like you werent that good for being .. was it 23?

well, you are extremely good soo yeah thought i should say that x]
