  • this cop's a tool

  • lol im native american and live in this area. i see nothing wrong here. the cop is doing everything right. lol its funny to see people cry about things like this. here you have to see things how they are. if your in the wrong your in the wrong. fight back and your ass is getting tasered. clearly the cop didnt feel safe with this guy moving around not listening and arguing. good job highway

  • What an asshole. Standing there like he was saying "what your YOU gonna do?" I guess he found out.

  • I've seen police brutality videos that made me stare in disbelief, and this is just not one of them. This is really on the civilian here. The cop didn't do anything wrong. The driver could have just taken his evidence to court and had his day, and either been acquitted or not.

  • Just sign the ticket and fight it in court!

All he had to do was follow instructions and sign the ticket.

You can fight it in court rather than cry like a girl after.

  • what I'm outraged about is this arrogant little prick he pulled over. He doesn't sign the ticket because he 'wasn't speeding', resisted arrest for the same reason, sits in the backseat of the cruiser whining about not being treated fairly and after a few volts from the wiggle gun has completely forgotten why he was pulled over...pleads guilty in court to speeding.

  • police states of america

  • should have signed the ticket, dumbass got what he had coming then lies on the ground and whines like a bitch lol

  • @mmp3pets Asshole no one wants to get a ticket the shit sucks.

  • @alex0147852369 hey fucking faggot why dont you have you mother take her strapon off and stop sucking daddies dick swear at me you fucker.you and that faggot are a waste of space why dont you commit suicicde and do the world a favor you useless piece of dogshit

  • jesus christ just sign the damn ticket and comply! ive been pulled over once for speeding. yeah i probably was speeding. he pulled me over. i handed over my license but had no registration since it was expired. he was like ok understandable. gave me a ticket for expired tags, we talked a little, and shook hands and i was on my way. you comply and you show respect. you are on your way. but. you decided not to sign it. so yeah you deserve to be tazed. you have your day in court to argue.

  • @emorph Don't you think being tazed is a bit extreme for not signing the ticket? Specially since you have the right not to. You can refuse to sign the ticket, the officer will right "refused to sign" on the ticket. At that point he will give the ticket to you, if you do not accept it at that point then yes he can arrest you. I do however agree 100% with you that you should comply. Most cops aren't out there just to be assholes, they are just doing their job, so suck it up and take the ticket.

  • der hat machtkomplexe der cop :)

  • I really don't get why people argue against the Cop. The offender blatantly disobeyed the cops orders and resisted arrest. If you have a gripe about a ticket you go to court. I think the officer showed a tremendous amount of restraint and self-control in a hazardous and unpredictable 2 on 1 situation. I have tased offenders on my traffic stops and I can tell you as a cop myself that this officer followed proper procedure. As with all cops, he told the man several times to obey orders and warned

  • @ajphilipson He followed proper procedure huh? You mean like when he opened the passenger side door, and read the man his rights when he arrested him right? At no point did this man resist arrest. Not sure what about this you don't get. He also threatened the pregnant woman, and she hadn't done anything at all. So not sure what "proper procedure" is where you are from, but this wasn't it.

  • @Nesninja85 most of the time miranda rights are read at the police station. they only do it in the car on cops.

  • @camaro76 Which is illegal. Miranda rights have to be given as you are being arrested. That's the law.

  • @Nesninja85 nope. as long as they are read it doesn't really matter.

  • @camaro76 Well see.. it does matter. If the officer doesn't read them their rights, they might not know they have the right to remain silent. They (the criminal) could say anything they want, even admit they did it (whatever it is) and if they weren't read their rights it would NOT be admissible as evidence. They have to be told before any officer or court official interrogates them. If the police arresting him don't read him rights, they can't ask him questions.

  • @Nesninja85 yes, you said it yourself. miranda rights just need to be read before questioning. it is not necessary to read them while the suspect is getting arrested.

  • @camaro76 right not necessary, but if they don't read them then and there, the person being arrested could admit to murder and it wouldn't matter. Nothing said before having heard the Miranda rights is admissible as evidence, so why wouldn't you read them then and there?

  • @Nesninja85 sometimes it takes a few hours to actually get someone around to question the suspect after they have been arrested, so they can always make the argument that they don't remember what was said. all of the information the police use in court generally comes from questioning so it's best to keep it all together.its not often that someone will just randomly blurt out that they are guilty of something with no provocation.

  • @camaro76 You are right, however there's a dashboard cam on all cruisers. If a police officer doesn't read the miranda rights, then and there, you never know what someone will say. It's more of a "cover your ass" kinda thing, then a necessity. There's no reason NOT to read them right then and there. What if the person arrested admitted to murder or something serious, and that confession was thrown out in court, even though it was caught on tape? That would show poorly on the arresting officer.

  • @Nesninja85 lol that's a pretty damn big what if, but i suppose anything is possible.

  • @camaro76 Very true, but that was my whole point from the beginning. They read the rights when they make the arrest, just to cover all their bases. You never know what some people will tell you when they are freaking out from being arrested lol.

  • @Nesninja85 well you originally said that it's the law that miranda rights must be read during the arrest, which is not true but it's still a good idea.

  • @camaro76 Ya, originally, I though it WAS the law. That's how I always understood it. I figured I would do a little digging on the internet just to make sure. Guess I was wrong, but you live and you learn. MY WHOLE LIFE IS A LIE!

  • What a prick the cop is.

  • the definition of a pig.

  • I have personally seen people tazed for less

  • ojala que lo maten por hijo de puta abusador

  • ok, sooo cops spend their time on tazing people for speed violations while their are plently of murderers, rapists and pedophiles still out in public? the system is certainly not in the benifit "of the people or by the people".

  • The cop seems power hungry to me, and he is wasting time pulling people over without proof of their actual speed. Why can't police officers spend their time doing more important things like stopping robberies and catching kidnappers. I swear 99% of police work is sitting in a car eating donuts and pulling people over for driving 3 miles an hour over the speed limit. What a waste of tax payers money!

  • @corndogegan

Not a waste at all, cities make ungodly amounts of money from traffic citations.

  • @nutcrackermoose Fair enough. Cop may have been wrong. But trying to argue it out on the side of the road is a mistake. The driver should have obeyed the officer, been taken into custody, posted bail, and then sued the officer for wrongful arrest.

  • I love it when people discover their "tv civil rights" don't exist. Plus never bing an attitude to a gun fight. What a complete dipshit.

  • I wish every ignorant person in this country was tased so the rest of us could get on with our lives. They are are everywhere and they think they know everything. This idiot sounds like a spoiled brat that is use to arguing about everything.

FACT: he starting walking away after he was instructed not to, he could have taken off, grabbed a weapon, anything. Rule of thumb: do not argue with law enforcement even if you believe they are wrong and you believe you know more about the law than they do.

  • Utah cops are all on power trips anyways!! I wouldn't go back there if they all lined up and bowed to me as I walked by!!

  • Typical scumbag pig and typical scumbag pig behaviour. Cops are scumbags and abuse their power at will. Cops are abusive by nature so they join the pig force to have a avenue for their abusve. Fuck the police

  • What a pair of morons, too bad they reproduced. What, is the cop supposed to let the guy walk back to the car and get a gun? I would have tazed the dizt too for not following orders. I'm no fan of cops but these 2 idiots deserved exactly what they got.

  • What rights??? he wont read you your rights because you have no real rights anymore. He is the first wave of the coming police state . mark my words people...it will only get worse in the years to come. Your country was born out of revalution against opression. This cop is a bully " Brown shirt". I hope you sued his ass off.

  • You do have the right to ask why am i getting a ticket but that place is in COURT not on the side of the road.

  • @tchaos2001 Exactly, glad to see there are a few people who know the law and how to act when they get a traffic citation. Signing a traffic ticket is NOT an admission of guilt, only a promise to appear. If you feel you are not guilty, tell it to the judge.

  • @famapublica Exactly. He was stupid to argue it with the cop, to the point of refusing to sign the ticket. It's in the driving test booklet from the DMV. If you don't sign, he needs to arrest you. OMG.

  • follow directions!!!!..that's it...god damn it...he was asking why?????....is totally stupid...the officer said...SPEEDING....FOLLOW DIRECTIONS...WELL DONE OFFICER

  • this isnt the full version? anyways, did anyone give permission to search the car?, his rights are suppose to be read on any charge, asking him how the stun gun felt wasnt a smart thing to ask as like teasing him, refusing to sign isnt a crime, the police now have his info and car license number so, the point i guess this cop just wanted to flash his manhood

  • @ucwwcu in some states, refusing to sign the ticket IS grounds for arrest

Miranda is not required in the time frame of this video. The officer has no need to interrogate him as a suspect- he witnessed the illegal behavior.

Incident to an arrest, the police can search the car warrantlessly.

  • @dmedicFF ok, but their is another video on here from local news Utah state cop who was video of Tasering Jared Massey , whatever the laws are fine if he was in the wrong fine too i just didnt care for how the cop was acting

  • Man look, plan and simple, FUCK COPS. ALL OF YALL CAN JUST SUCK MY DICK. There i said it. This is coming from NY.

  • cop here...it is simple...do what you are told. If you don't agree with it, get a lawyer after the fact and subpoena the video. Not following my directions is just going to get you in more trouble and possible tazing if you refuse to follow directions. Signing a ticket is not an option, it is a crime and requires immediate arrest. Lucky he didnt get shot reaching into his pockets, he should thank the kind officer for tazing....let go of the trigger, pain stops...most humane way to stop incident.

  • @ingym4life glad someone has some sense

I posted a similar argument in part 1

people just hate cops for some reason (but when you're in trouble, their your best friends, right?)

the cop did everything he should have done, in fact, he was quite lenient as he didn't use his gun or pepper spray

just a case of some liberal idiot (Im a liberal by the way), who thinks he knows the law, and fights cops when he gets a ticket for speeding

  • @ingym4life No, you cannot tazer someone for not signing a citation. You can arrest them, but there is a right and wrong way of doing this. The cop has anger issues and is to quick to abuse the power given to him "lawfully" especially with the high levels of agression he exerted whena simple explanaiton is needed. Just goes to show you when you give the wrong person that kind of power. he also did not explain why the person was getting a ticket. I really hope this guy was fired for what he did.

  • I agree...it is that simple!!! But, using a tazer when to subdue a reluctant offender who refuses to sign a speeding ticket seems a bit extreme! Geez, I wish I could taze somebody who doesn't follow my order!!!

---If this happened to me...especially in front of my family...I would see to it in someway that he badge be revoked indefinitely!---

OTHERWISE, ---I think your statement is full of crap!!!

  • @ingym4life I don't disagree with following directions, however...I have NEVER had any luck with video in situations like this. I was arrested before and...when the situation become sour, and I minded my tongue and manors and waited for after the fact, ironically the video and audio was unusable. The system is crooked, and no matter what civilians do, we are at the mercy of people in power. This man was trying to explain, very calmly and reasonably and was tasered for it. Which, was wrong!

  • BADGE HEAVY SMART ASS COP!!! thats why everyone hates law enforcement!

  • Until you're in trouble and need help.

  • cops are jerks and they over use there authority alot but this guy wasnt perfect at all and put him self in this situation all he ahd to do is sign the ticket

  • this cop is a fag u cant taze someone for not signing a ticket. ill shoot this gay ass cop in the head. lil bitch ass pussy. and all cops are fuckin losers

  • Sure you would...then you would go down for 2nd Degree Murder of a Police officer and possibly spend the rest of your life in jail.

  • The officer isn't required to read the suspect his rights. The "rights" being read are Miranda, which are only to be protected against interrogation. I think the Trooper was sick of the kid talking, and ddin't want to encourage him.

  • FUCK COPS

  • poor cop, the guy obviously knows what he did, just playing the innocent act, easy to tell by the fact he's trying to intimidate him by listing every technicality in the manual.

  • So there have been a lot of comments on how some people think this officer did the right thing. ARE YOU KIDDING!

Are we hiring pansies on the force now? A person got out of the car and was trying to explain something. Either let him talk on handcuff him, don't tase him in the middle of the street.

    JERK

  • This guy completely deserved getting tasered. The first thing you learn in life is obey the law. The beginning of the video clearly shows a speed limit sign with 40 mph speed limit. The guy knew that sign was there and refused to acknowledge it. He proceeded to argue with the police officer about taking 1 second to hand him the standard items needed for a traffic violation. He then causes a scene and starts evading the officer walking back to his vehicle. Getting tazed is safe and effective.

  • I am not arguing with you, but just asking.

What would happen to someone who has a pacemaker that gets tased?

  • I'd like to think that someone with a pacemaker would have the good sense not to disobey the police and act a fool. Generally people with pacemakers are older than the average anti-cop back-talker. Just because you have a handicap does not make you above the law nor give you special privilege to act like a rebellious jackass. Yes, they might have a heart attack as a result of getting tased, however, that is not the officers responsibility to manage, the person needs to take control of their life

  • not much...the shock only causes local muscle contraction, it doesn't "electrocute you"

  • @Krieger91 They would have a heart attack. Law states the officer has to call for medical assistance when they tase someone. This cop didn't and the victim won in court. I appreciate the role that Police Officers have. But this one clearly did not follow protocol and why did he block the temporary 'shortened' speed limit sign with his vehicle. Isn't that entrapment?

  • i would have done the same thing

  • Trooper Gardner is a thug.

Utah paid a $40,000 settlement to the gentleman

    and dropped all charges.

Mr. Gardner should be banned from law enforcement.

  • i always thought cops can only taser you if they feel like they are in dangered?

  • Ya,

They guy totally ignored the cop turned around and started reaching into his pockets, I don't know about you, but if some smart ass kid acted all tough and started reaching into his pockets for something. I'd feel threatened.

  • he didn't even read him his fucking rights

  • There are good cops, and there are bad cops. Trooper Gardner cost the state of Utah $40,000 - plus legal costs... So, there's your answer as to who was in the wrong.

The real problem is the US ruling elite - who see average Americans as the enemy, and train the police to enforce this view.

Expect to see lots more Cops Gone Wild stuff as the economy implodes.

  • When the revolution comes this piggie will be skinned and boiled alive; deservedly so.

  • Someone should just randomly taser this dick sucker.

  • That's actually part of training to become a police officer.

  • The cop is a chicken shit

  • I love it. "You can't arrest me with out giving me my rights." What an ignoarnt schmuck. If he'd signed the ticket, he would've been on his way and he could've discussed it in court. Instead, he decided to challenge the officer, refuse commands, and resist arrest. Add it up and in equals TASER.

  • Im pretty sure thats every state.

  • ou do not have to sign the ticket under any circumstances. It is very far from a criminal charge requiring a taze or an arrest! Sue him, take his badge, file criminal charges for assault with a deadly weapon "tazer" and show this tape to all new police officers and warn them to play by the mother fucking rules!

  • im not the idiot. i was stating what the law says. im not saying that this cop did things the proper way and they way he was trained to do it. he did do an awful job.

the police officer made the desicion to pull this guy over for speeding. he is certified by the state to make those judgements without a radar gun, so he can estimate the speed the driver was driving. no doubt this cop did a bad job.

btw, the taser isnt a deadly weapon, it is used for a medium use of force, not lethal.

  • This officer has a reputation for harrassing people he pulls over. I personally have been pulled over several times by him and he is very unprofessional. He tries to incite rage in people so he can prove his authority. I once told this officer just to go write me a ticket because of his harrassment. He made me get out of the vehicle and harrassed me more before finally writing the ticket. I posted this comment when this video first appeared and it was removed within a few minutes.

  • I can't believe the comments page is full of such RETARDATION. This cop tazered, arrested, and jailed, a citizen because he dared ask "why?" and said "prove it". Then you FUCKING dipshits defend the officer for protecting his own safety? I don't suppose you were watching when the guy CALMLY tries to walk away, NEVER ONCE fights the officer, and constantly asks (in a calm voice) "why are you doing this?!"

Though maybe you're right. Maybe they SHOULD be afraid. Maybe we should make them fear us

  • the law states that when you are approaching a new speed zone, such as one that is slower, you must be at that speed limit by the time you reach the sign.

the driver didnt slow down and the cop, hence, pulled him over to see what was up. the "pig" as you so rudely place it, was just doing his job you fuckin douch bag whore.

btw, a taser doesnt fuckin hurt. it is not meant to hurt. all it does is cause all your muscles to spaz and tense up for 5 seconds. id love to see you try to do a cops job.

  • your an idiot, that look like 40 to me. Note the "pig" never says his actual speed.

  • he took a ride on the taser??? what a piece of shit cop...arrogant ..and believe me...scared to death...i bet he's got a small dick..

  • Cop is right. You do what the cop says, and have your attorney sort out later. Never tell the cop what the law is, in situ.

Then, the moron gets up and starts telling the cop to calm down. Puhlease.

  • that cop can choke on a cock. id love to beat that cops face into the cement then taze him till he shit his pants

  • tony, you can choke on the cock. he was concerned about officer safety, which for your unintelligent brain means his safety, and the safety of the driver and the passanger. all you have to do is not be a dickhead and comply with the officer and he will more than likely let you off the hook.

after all, you arent the one standing outside the car in the way of oncoming traffic.

grow up you fuckin choch bag

  • Sorry about my comment offending you. seems some people take things to seriously here on youtube haha. It was but a comment, or my own opinion on the video.

  • your an asshole

  • you know jack shit about law enforcement. the day an officer comes to you to help save you from...idk...a crazy gunman for instance-id like you to look him in the eye and tell him he has a small dick. he will still help you up, save you and protect you, and then he will be polite. no rudeness included at all. you will-after cleaning your shit covered pants, thank him and he will think nothing of it.

try to get to know police officers before you rip on them. all of them are human beings

  • pigs

  • I think cops enjoy using these toys they have hahahahaha.

  • the cop got scared . there was a totally different way to handle this

  • impossible at us.... I'm living in a democracy...

  • this cop sounds like an asshole.

  • Look. Unless you are or have been a police officer, I dont even want to see your comments. You don't know what you're talking about and you've never been in a situation where you understand the necessity of those tools. He was completely justified in his actions and there is no such thing as a warning prior to tasing. It's called Failure to Obey Police Command or Failure to Follow a Lawful Order. Look it up. Educate yourself before you comment.

  • Wow, it's just cops like these and yourself who are jealous of American people who are intelligent enough to have a real career and not take advantage of them through jealous reasons...

  • Right. I am terribly jealous of you. I couldn't possibly care less about what you do for a living. Where do you see any type of jealousy or someone being taken advantage of? You are clearly an idiot. This is a circumstance, where a person was given a simple, lawful order, and he, being upset about getting a ticket, refused to obey a simple command. Cut and dry, black and white. Sorry pal. Hate it for ya

  • i'm going to go ahead and say you have no idea how a cop should react in this situation. so if he's moving away "calm and defensive" what's the cop supposed to do then? just let him go? no. remember the cops have to protect themselves and when he puts his hands in his pockets, there's no telling what's in them. so him going up to him and grabbing his hands, he could be walking right up to someone with a knife. he took the road that made sure nobody was hurt.

  • he was walking away with his hands in his pockets. you don't walk away when a cop tells you to turn around and place your hands on your head. that's his own fault. it wasn't a "more than justified" question. the guy was noncompliant, and therefore, was tasered. his own fault.

  • the cop had a taser in his hand pointed at him... i don't think he was going to eat a donut with it. if a guy just walks away like this guy, do you think cops just don't do anything and say "oh too bad."? no. they take you down, and the taser is a great tool for doing so. that guy was an idiot and should've listened to the cop.

  • there Are alot of Power Mad Cops in this

not so free of America :-(

  • But he hadn't hit the sign yet.

  • You people that are siding with the driver need a reality check. He got what he deserved.

  • the cops is a FUCKING.

  • This guy probably shouldn't have even been pulled over, he never found out why he was pulled over in the first place.

  • he shouldn't be tasered, your absolutely right! And he didn't tell him he was under arrest until he was on the ground being attacked. What is wrong with this officer?

  • Pigs like that is why people hate the police

  • Let's see. What do we have here?

    1. Cop was on a power trip right from the outset -- check

    2. Cop set up the speed trap -- check

    3. Cop used unnecessary force against the driver -- check

    4. Cop didn't give fair warning before he shot -- check

    5. Cop had no regard for safety on the highway as he shot the driver where he could have fallen into oncoming traffic -- check

There is no law that you have to sign a ticket and yet the cop acted like there was such a law!

  • The cop did what he should have done.

So many weenies think they spew some legal nonsense they heard from a friend, and don't realize the COP is the one won who is in Charge. Always obey the cop. If he is wrong, take him to court, but never talk back to a cop. That cop showed a lot more restraint then I would have.

  • i'm sorry never mind the dick cop still had it.

  • Cop is in the right...he should have signed the ticket.....and even if you cant arrest some one for not siging the Ticket you can for wreckless driving and 15 mph over the limit is wreckless driving which is a misdemnor which is an arrestable offense.

  • BS22353: It was found that the driver was not speeding after all. He was given 40,000 dollars for wrongful arrest and excessive use of force. There's something called "expressing intent to arrest" that this clown-cop "forgot" to do. Utah declared this arrest to be invalid--driver still has NO arrest record.

  • 15 over is NOT an arrestable offense... You may get a summons at worst, but you WILL be driving home. I'm from Colorado, and my friend got pulled over for doing 82 in a 65 about a week ago. all he got was a speeding ticket. I don't know of many people who have been arrested for misdemeanors. All I've seen in PRACTICE are summons issued. Felonies get you hauled off for sure, however.

  • you cant taser without hostile intent. also if he refuses to sign the ticket you cant arrest him for it.

  • cop did a great job here, this person was clearly heading back to his car and the cop kept repeating for him to come back and put his hands behind his back...he also kept his right hand down reaching into his pocket...for his keys? for a knife? for a guy? who knows...this cop has a right to protect himself and make sure the driver doesnt flee.

also the driver keeps saying he doesnt know why he pulled him over..the first thing the cop said was "you were going kinda fast there"

  • he was putting his license back into his pocket.

  • way to make that quota.

what a freakin weasle. then he half-assed searches the car so he can look professional in front of the other cop.

  • Miranda Rights are ONLY read to you when you are to be interrogated while in police custody. There are NO "rights" read to you when you are being arrested...that is only Hollywood bullhockey. This guy wailing about having his rights read to him probably only frustrated the UHP officer even more because the cop realized he really was arresting a True grade A number 1 retarded dipshit.

I'm really sick of these flaming noobs coming on here acting like they know what the law is and is not.

  • Yes, you are correct in saying that "It didn't have to go that way," Officer because you are a terrible police officer.

My family which consists of honourable men who are true police officers are ashamed for your actions.

You, sir, are a disgrace to your badge and the manners that your parents taught you which you have forgotten in your arrogance.

  • You were probably going to go free-base that silver nitrate,, now weren't ya sonny?

Don't lie to the authorities now.

    =)

  • you should not taser anyone unless they are a threat to you not cause they don't follow intructions.

  • You're right, but the driver was provoked to anger with the cop's, "right now" as an answer to his legitimate question. This buffoon cop purposely escalated the situation so he could teach the driver a lesson for asking questions.

  • BD..The POINT is NOT what happened, the POINT is that A Citizen HAS the right to question Authority without fear of physical reprisal. he DIDN'T pull a knife, gun or ANY other weapon. I know you're brainwashed by these stupid pro-cop,pro Tasing Cop TV Shows. The cop is a FAGGOT to use a weapon on a guy who DIDN'T have a weapon!

  • 9:08 a bold face lie!

  • Excuse me have we not realized that he was not read his miranda rights. That is against the law and unconsitutional. How is one supposed to have faith in the law enforcement system when they think they are god and do what they want. The guy wanted a damn explanation that's all.

  • No explanation needed! Remember, in Nazi Germany, the Jews weren't given any explanations either. The regular police harassed the Jews and got them nice and compliant for the ultimate transgression committed by the Nazis. If we let stuff like this continue here, we will give corrupt authority our unspoken permission to eliminate those that don't comply.

  • This COP is YOUNGER than MTV..a child with SHEEP appointed power! He comes off like a SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD with electricity in his hand promulgated by the weak SHEEP of this country!

  • GOOGLE; LEGALITY OF POLICE TASING.

  • FUCK ALL you "CITIZENS" who are SHEEP and enable FAGGOT Cops like this to run YOUR lives...NOT mine!

  • bullcur- let me see you do something stupid in your life.

I been arrested for something i never ever did so So i obey the officers or else it look like i was fucking hiding something.

so next time you going to call citizens out why dont you do something pussy? oh wait your behind the damn ass computer...

  • CLITTER..I'm SURE an idiot like you has done MANY stupid things in your life. Apparently you're one of those "Obeying S&M Submissive Faggots" the way you Crave to OBEY COPS,also

learn to SPELL and STOP Hiding behind a Computer and reveal your Phone # name,SS# and address,if NOT shut the Fuck up,this isn't a GAY Chat-room,I'm straight as an arrow,I'm sure you can find OTHER Homosexuals

somewhere on the Computer,it's NOT my Cup of tea friend!

  • bullcur calling me an idiot? Yes i have done stupid things in my life.

Thats is what you call being a human you make mistakes. i have a disblity telling me how to spell. when you cant even spell my s/n right?

yea who looks like a freaking fool now? i am not hiding infomaiton my infomiton is pulbic.

  • I haven't misspelled your handle, only shortened it from CLITORIS!

  • you do know critter is only 6 letters ? I guss you cant count either that longer name fool.

  • bullcur: nicely said! We need more like you!

  • First he refused to give his license...then he refused to sign the citation so he was gonna have to go make bond because he refused to agree to come to court. then he refused to turn around and put his hands behind his back which whether you like it or not is resisting arrest. you do not have to fight to resist arrest. court is not held on the side of the road. if he felt he was not guilty that is what court is for...you cannot resist because you think a ticket is wrong

  • NO GPD! This was a Fucking SPEED TRAP and this PIG didn't even give the guy a chance to question ANYTHING,which a person has the RIGHT to do,,no I don't buy what you're selling friend,STOP Blaming the Victim because it makes you feel better about a traumatic experience!

  • Power trip cop probably pulled them over because he thought the guy's wife was hot. He wanted to show off for her. Hope someone finds out where he lives and gives him a taste of his own torture.

  • That cop is a fuckin piece of shit, he should burn in hell, fuckin united state cops they always take advantage of the fact that they're law officers. I can't beleive how patient that guy was, if i would've been that guy...i would've lost my mind! Fuckin cops! Sometimes they can be useful but mostly idiots

  • When the cop says stop and turn around, you don't walk away.

    Arrests are not optional.

    Period.

Tasers hurt, but they don't harm.

What should a cop do when a dummy walks away when told to stop?

Tackle and wrestle him?... or taser him?

Taser is safer. It stings, but neither the cop nor the person being arrested suffers injury.

  • don't have to prove to the bitch anything only have to read miranda if he is being asked incriminating questions watch too much tv bitch.

  • Stupid PIGS!!!!!.

  • whart da fuck. this is america, this is how the police protect the citizens? thank god that the policemman ahd the taser, what is his only gun was the revolver? instead of high voltage the driver takes a bullet in the head , because the policeman wants to protec us

  • HUH?? Revolver??? who carries those! freako!

  • He argued with the officer, wouldn't give him his license, wouldn't sign the ticket, disobeyed the officers commands, REACHED INTO HIS POCKET....cmon the cop had every single right to taze this man. We should acknowledge that the officer was put in a dangerous situation and that he made the choice to taze him. Fuck all you retarded 12 year olds sayin shit on here like FUCK DA POLICE. Fucken idiot liberal hippy retards go vote for hillary...

  • gaza

  • gaza

  • WTF? your poor husband.

  • It could have been avoided if the guy just cooperated. The cop's a asshole, great. However, none of his orders were unlawful. Also, he asked the guy to step out of the car not to follow him. A lone cop is vulnerable and walking up behind him is going to set him on edge. It's a hostile action. Then disobeying orders by returning to the vehicle that could contain a weapon, be used as a weapon/flee the scene. This guy is lucky the cop had a taser. He could have been shot and would have in the past.

  • This ASSHOLE cop should loose his position..WTF is his reason of reacting like this. What a lowlife copper, bet he was abused as a child and needs to get his anger out.

  • your probably unemployed! HEEHEE

  • does anyone know what happened with this case??

  • good for the dumb punk creep.

  • Whenever I am unfortunate enough to be in Utah my only concern is to get out as soon as possible.

  • What hapened to "serve and protect" its more like "im god and do what i say sheeple or F%^K you"

  • whatever happened to follow a lawful order or you go to jail?? its simple, the officer asks you, he tells you, then he makes you...

  • Cops think they are ALWAYS right. If you notice, when the woman is trying to talk, he says "No" repeatedly. Annoys me if I may add.

  • This guy is an idiot. Walking up behind a police officer is a very stupid thing to do, he could have been shot and it would have been justified. Second, the officer does not have to mirandize you until he starts asking questions.

  • All those people who are complaining have no idea what reality is. Life is hard you spoiled pansy. Don't be idiots, everything can be fought in court. Instead of getting upset about the ticket, go to court and fight it and it would probably get dropped.
