This is incredible. Your proficiency in live-sampling and sound manipulation is very impressive (and more than a little intimidating). I will be paying very close attention to your channel from now on. Diggin it!
Hehe, not Band in the Rain either, but in some ways a much more solid guess, especially with the thunder-claps and I used during my tune. They weren't pinched from Band in the Rain, though. I recorded that storm myself, in sunny Scotland !
I think the sample is from that 70`s frog song jarre did. Maybe the frog sample itself!! who knows this is very hard to figure out. Might have a sample from chronologie even or jarres lead keyboard in the cities in concert!! i gove up hahahah!!
Dude! That was awesome. I must say that you have introduced myself and i am sure others, to some really cool new music! Keep up that great work! very well done
Rockin it on my ipod! (not sure that "rockin it" is the correct phrase, but i think you get the idea. haha well done man. lookin forward to the rest of the album.

I think it's quit difficult to link this track with a track from JMJ.
Maybe it's Arpegiator or Magnetic Fields Part 2, but I don't know for sure.

Both of which are excellent tracks, of course... but neither are the right answer.
Thanks for being brave enough to take a guess. Your comments are most appreciated.
I think this experiment is showing that the final track bears almost no similarity to the track from which I built my "scaffold".
That even with the "scaffold" in place and "painted", the original (JMJ) track is still indiscernable.

Frog song ?
I can't think which tune you mean at the moment. Could you refresh my memory by pointing me to a clip ?
None of your guesses are correct, though.
Chronologie is an excellent album though, IMO. I really love Chrono6 !!

Many thanks, ewijam. I hope you'll enjoy the rest of the album when it's finished.
By the way, the MP3 sounds much better than it does on YouTube. This track really needs at least a stereo sound-field for optimum enjoyment. ;)
