I loved this part! This was my favorite music from FF4.
All i did was become a black mage, keep casting MBarrier on myself, then keep on shocking Leviathan with thunder. I don't remember what level I was but I'm pretty sure I was a much lower level than you were. XD
voice acting for rafaello is really bad, and shirma too
