The same thing happened to me with a few of the nurses in the hotel, where they just went crazy on me, and Alex didn't wanna do single thing i wanted to.. I ended up dying like three or four times.
ugh...those nurses can be so annoying the way they relentlessly slice at you and you cant even move or do anything other than just sit there and take damage. Not dissing the game, but there are better ways to make the game challenging than to tick the gamer off.

Haha Awesome nurse part. Just FYI to those who have trouble with nurses, easiest way to kill them: Knife- 3 set combo ending with heavy attack, dodge, counter strike, then repeat until the bitch is dead.
It's really funny 'cause stuff like children re-incarnating as creepy symbolic monsters is possible in SH, but not being able to cut through a dusty canvass painting with an axe...
dude by the time i was in this place i had half of my health no medics and no friggin bullets :P , died the first time with the nurse then read about how to kill it easy : you should turn off the flashlight and slowly walk to her , in my case she walked to me and i stood still then i gain the strongest hit with my axe and she was down while she was getting on her legs again i gained another strog axe smash and she was dead ! the thing is that nurses will not move if you walk slow n no lights
