@nonasuom You can find a Transcendent Sigil Stone with Chameleon 25% on self, duplicate it and enchant like 5 pieces of clothing (shirt shoes trousers rings and an amulet) and anything above 100% is invisible, i am at 125% myself and it helps with so many things :)

Anyone who has ever played with 100% chameleon knows how boring and cheap it gets after the initial cool aspect wears off after the first 5 minutes...there is literally no threats at all and it takes out the need to beat the game. In conclusion,

I used it for efficient levelling. Go 100% and smack the shit out of a horse without guards reacting to you. Train's Blade/Blunt/H2H/Sneak easily...

the only reason i would use chameleon 100% at a point is to beat the game in hardest diffuculty setting or if im stuck at a point which drive me insane so i start thinking about hacks then i stop myself because i dont wanna hack so i just use whatever effective legit thing the game has instore for me in many cases is that 2nd pare of enchanted armor in my inventory

i just found a ring and a cuirass which both had 3 so that was 60 chameleon right there, then i enchant greaves and boots each with 20, which made 100 chameleon, and it is very useful, i like going through bandit camps, necromancer hideouts, vampire nests, and ayleid ruins without any of them stopping me, and the funniest part about being completely invisible, is that not even moths (blind monks) will intercept you

I consider 100% Chameleon a cheat. It's really an overpowered spell. To limit myself what ever my highest sneak skill is that's the highest % i can use Chameleon. Chameleon itself i think is an overpowered spell and shouldn't even be allowed in teh game. Just my opionon though.

yes it will go away. lets say you get 100% chameleon by enchanting ur whole armor with it. 20% gauntlets 20% boots and so on. if you take off ur boots now ur 80% cham and can be seen. its just math

I prefer to use a 60 second invisibility spell as a defensive option if things get too dangerous & it keeps it fair because you HAVE TO re-appear to face & fight your enemy, whereas 100% chameleon is kind of a gam- breaker.

Lol I don't do any of the soul gem stuff... I just use the Cloak scroll (duped alot) and a enchanted mythic dawn hood. The scroll = 75% Chamelon for 30 secs, so you need a load of them, but hey, they only weigh 0.1 so whats the bother? And the hood is enchanted with 30% Chamelon from a sigil stone I randomly found in my inventory.

Okay, you have to cast it alot, but why bother to go all the way with soul gems?

Let me teach u people how to really get 100% chameleon. Get Frostcrag spire and get 5 peices of different armor and at least 5 grand soul gems with GRAND SOULS in them. then enchant the five armor with chameleon (20 % percent each armor, 20 times 5 is 100, this is the point of grand souls of grand soul gems) then put the armor on, save, and then pull your best sword and swing at the guards. ( if they dont die, then they will run like cowards) if they talk to u, then u did something wrong.

Get 5 grand soul gems with grand souls in them, go to the Mage's Guild enchanting alter (or Frost Crag Spire), and make 5 things with a grand chameleon enchantment on them. There, if you can't figure any of that out stop playing video games right now.

Shut oblivion gates, and the sigil stones will enchant armor +weapons. You can also enchant when your in the arcane university as a mage

you have to have a high rank at arcane university, so you can go into all the buildings and you will find the alter you need for this. There are two alters, one to make spells, one to enchant crap. make sure you have the right one.

here's an easy way to get 100% chameleon.(for pc using cheats without mods)

1. got to the testing hall and find a room with a bunch of crates.

2. find the one with armor and there should be an enchanted glass cuirass with 30% chameleon.(this place has everything in oblivion)Look aroud though it might be hard to find.

3.If you want go to the weapons crate and you can pick up the mace of doom.

4.then type in the code "psb" this should give you all the spells.

when ur lvl 15+ go to an oblivion gate and b4 u activate the sigil rock save. If u dont get the chameleon sigil rock reload the game and keep trying, then dupe the rock and add it to all parts of ur armor and now u hav 100% chameleon
